| 2.00AUTOMATIC STORAGE AND RETRIVAL SYSTEM (AS/RS) PACKAGE OF BPCL Kochi Refinery, PP Project, ON LUMPSUM TURNKEY BASIS WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY including Design, engineering, selection of equipment, supply, manufacturing, fabrication and assembly for successful completion and operation of ASRS Package. Scope of Supply shall be following but not limited to: • Complete Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) Package(Tender No. B895-999-80-42-PL-T-4500)for handling of unit load (both wrapped palletized unit of 1.0MT pallet and 0.665 - 0.715 MT jumbo bags) consisting of following as a minimum: Rack clad type building housing storage racks. Automatic feeding/inbound conveyors to feed the wrapped palletized unit from palletization/wrapping systems to profile checker with adequate buffering (min. 3 pallets). 1 no weighbridge for bulk loading 2 no's Weighbridge including their cabins. 20 nos. battery operated forklift truck with 30 nos. spare batteries and 25 nos. battery chargers. Profile checker to check the pallet profile (mainly dimensional check) and ID/ barcode scanner. Rejector conveyor for rejected pallets from profile checker with adequate buffering (min. 3 pallets). Loop conveyor shall be provided to reintroduce the corrected pallets at the upstream of profile checker. Input conveyors, as required, to transfer the pallet from profile checker to AS/RS system upto the respective aisle. Combinations of Rail mounted trolleys / rail guided vehicle/conveyors as required to transfer the pallet from conveyor to stacking area. Stacker crane / Vertical Transfer Lifts, cross aisle transfer and Deep Lane Transfer, loop RGVs, Linear RGVs, shuttle cars as per vendor’s standard proven technology, for stacking the pallet in the pre-defined rack. Numbers of storage rack and stacker crane / Vertical Transfer Lifts, cross aisle transfer and Deep Lane Transfer will be decided by package vendor based on design capacity of AS/RS system. Outbound conveyor for dispatch/ transfer of stored pallet to the truck loading / staging area.Outbound conveyor system shall also be used for the loaded pallet accumulation for further transfer to Staging area/ truck loading. Outfeed station conveyors, as required (min. buffering capacity 3 pallets). Outfeed conveyor/RGVs to transfer the pallet from outfeed station to truck loading/unloading platform. Complete electrical and instrumentation system All control panels (as required for electrical, instrumentation etc.) WMS (warehouse management system) & MFC (Material Flow control) system. Digital Technology Solutions works as defined in the tender document. HVAC works as defined in the tender document AS/RS civil and structural work as defined in the tender document • Completion of all works in all respects as per provisions of the Bidding Document and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge | ||||||

Lumpsum Price For Construction Portion as per requirements detailed out in various sections of Bidding Document: CONSTRUCTION / INSTALLATION PORTION Construction, Fabrication, Erection / Installation, all Testing / Inspection including Inspection at site (as specified in Tender),all works upto and including civil works, commissioning and any other field activity required for completing and establishing a fully functional & operative ASRS Package; any balance field engineering; providing construction / installation aids and all safety devices for construction, site supervision for erection & certification for correct installation of all items/accessoriesby OEMs, if any and completing all works as per the Bidding Document and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction including loading/unloading of the materials at Contractor’s warehouse, transportation of the materials from Contractor’s workshop / Store to erection site, assembly / sub-assembly of the equipments, modularisation & erection, installation, testing, Inspection, Training, pre-commissioning / commissioning, Guarantees & PGTR, handing over to owner inlcluding all disciplines of work and supplly of material as per Tender requirements such as structural, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting, supply of all accessories and materials for erection / testing; supply of all consumables, providing all construction plants, equipments, special tools and tackles; providing supervisory personnel, tradesman skilled / unskilled labour; insurance in Contractor’s scope; completing all works in all respects as per provisions of Bidding Document.

3 YEARS COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT (FORM SP-7) [Note: Prices of 3 years CAO&M Service contract shall not be included in prices of SP-0]
3 Years Comprehensive Annual Opeation and Mainetenance service contract for Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) Package with complete Accessories and Auxiliaries as per bidding document and subsequent amendment, if any
