Finishing wall with two coats of waterproofing cement coatings of Unicem "Shakti" brand of required shade by thinning 1 part of paint with 1 part of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department. a) Unicem Shakti

Providing and fixing, in position suspended false ceiling using E-Grid (exposed ceiling suspension 2430 system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm/1200mmx600mm with main runner 38 x 24mm, cross tee 29mm x 24mm & wall angle 24mm x 24mm . Using 4mm/6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Board as per IS 14862, to be placed in a grid of G.I. system duly suspended with 4mm/6mm dia G.I/M.S bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinklers, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c. Fittings such as Socket, Tee, elbow, nipple and 50 mmx40 mm G.I. reducing socket for funnel including locking arrangement with 300 mmx300 mmx6 mm C.I. hinged cover plate complete with digging of earth pit, construction of brick chamber and plastering of both inner & outer surface of wall as specified and directed by the deptt .

Extra for using salt (5 K and Charcoal (64 K in pipe Earth Station pit to provide low impedance ground in location of high soil resistivity as and when required and specified by the Deptt.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG Copper. earth from Earth Electrode (below G.L.) to electrical switch gears or electrical machineries including making necessary connection as approved, specified and directed by the deptt.
