Overhauling of 5 HP trolly mounted pump set of suction sweeper by dismantling each part cleaning properly, oiling, greasing with replacing bearing, bushes, oil seal, gland packing set and re-assembling of pump set all as specified and directed as per existing size and making connection with proper size of lugs, nuts bolts including cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & appling two coat of rubber synthetic paint ( first class ) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of 10 HP centrifugal motor of pump set of filtration plant by dismantling each part cleaning properly, oiling greasing with replacing bearing, bushes, oil seal, gland packing set and reassembling of pump set all as specified and directed as per existing size and making connection with proper size of lugs, nuts bolts including cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & appling two coat of rubber synthetic paint ( first class ) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of 20 HP centrifugal motor of pump set of Sewage Pump by dismantling each part cleaning properly, oiling greasing with replacing bearing, bushes, oil seal, gland packing set and reassembling of pump set all as specified and directed as per existing size and making connection with proper size of lugs, nuts bolts including cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & applying two coat of rubber synthetic paint ( first class ) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out submersible pump of 62 HP capacity including motor from bore well by disconnecting all electric / water connections dismantling of motor and pump for repair including transportation from work site to workshop and back, lowering of pump set, connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening of submersible motor of 62 HP capacity and taking out the rotor from the body and cutting the burnt coils / winding, cleaning the starter slots properly by using cleaning material and re-winding / reassembling the same including replacement of parts/components complete including cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & appling two coat of rubber synthetic paint (first class) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer of any capacity of motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of parts / components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' as supply only.

M&L for opening the submersible pump of 62 HP capacity by unscrewing all nuts, bolts and washers and taking out impellers for necessary repairs / replacement of parts / components and reassembling the same complete including cleaning , scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & applying two coat of rubber synthetic paint ( first class ) by spray painting machine over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of parts / components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A' as supply only.

M&L for Lath work including all materials as required for the following items/components of motor of 62 HP capacity complete as under :- (a) Making the strip on rotor incuding pressing the core of rotor and polishing the shaft. (b) Making the proper size of motor cover (housing) incuding welding etc. (c) Re-metaling of thrust plate and replacement of ebonite sheets complete.

M&L for lath work including all materials as required for re-metaling of impellers, polishing, turning of pump shaft, welding, facing of impellers of submersible pumps capacity 62 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gun metal neck ring as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Top gun metal bush as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gun metal sockets as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Gun metal body housing bush as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only steel guide bush as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel, iron, of any description not otherwise described , over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Painting of sluice valve & pipes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted surfaces steel/iron of any description i.e pressure filter unit & pipe lines and applying two coat of heat resistance paint over complete all as specified and directed.

S&F In repair PVC flexible pipe of size 40mm dia for suction sweeper assembly complete as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out existing water from RCC OH tank of following capacity and staging after scraping, cleaning inside surfaces with steel brush, removing the sediment ring material accumulated at the bottom of the tank, cleaning throughly the inside surfaces with bleaching powder and wash the same with clean water and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and marking the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on external surface including two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all pipes of different sizes such as rising main, delivery pipe, over flow pipe & wash out pipe etc. as per colour code complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable inlet and outlet connections of BP/pressure feed dozing unit including making inlet connections from existing as required including pipes valves etc and electric connection in PVC conduit with required size of copper conductor cable, looping of earth conductor to dozing pump motor and starter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair brush and roller for suction sweeper of swimming pool, complete set as per existing and complete all as specified and directed.

Carry out physico-chemical, biological testing of water of bore well at different pump house i.e PH-1, PH-2, PH-3 & CDA/NCC Patna from Govt Lab/Govt Authorised Laboratory all directed and submitting the report to Eng-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing semi under ground rain water collection well of size 4.5 mtrs dia and 15 mtrs depth and removing the muds, sediment material accumulated at the bottom of the tank including scraping, cleaning inside surfaces with steel brush, , cleaning throughly the inside surfaces with bleaching powder and wash the same with clean water and applying one coat of cement base paint @ 0.30 Kg per sqm and marking the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on external surface including two coats of synthetic enamel paint on MS top cover, pipes etc complete all as directed.
