Systematic Maintanence of Railway Track in Railway Siding for all the items as included in Technical Specification Para 3.0 to 3.9.

Supply of 60 Kg pre‐stressed mono‐block concrete sleepers in accordance with the relevant technical specification in manufacturing for plane PSC sleepers of Indian Railways (pre‐tensioned type category‐I) including MCI insert for 52/60 Kg rail section, Broad gauge, as per RDSO drawing No. T‐2496 and IRS specification T‐39‐1993 (with latest alterations, if any) as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all material, labour, loading, transportation; unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc., complete (should be fit for track circuit). (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of Elastic Rail clips for BG 52 kg / 60 Kg rail section for use with 60 kg PSC sleepers to RDSO Drg. No. T‐3701 (with latest alterations, if any) confirming to IRS specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of Metal Liners to suit 52 kg / 60 kg rails on 60 kg BG PSC sleepers as per RDSO Drg. No. T‐3741/ T-3742/ T-3740 (with latest alterations, if any), conforming to IRS specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of Grooved Rubber sole plate for 52 Kg/60 Kg Rail section with 60 Kg BG PSC sleepers as per RDSO Drg. No. T-3703 / T-3709 (with latest alterations, if any), conforming to IRS specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of Permanant way materials ( Ist class) for 60 kg Rail section of standard size at site as per latest I.R. specification & drawing as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. (The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete) including complete fittings like GRP (T-4965), ERC plate screws, fish plate, bolts and nuts, spherical washer, GFN liner, CI block incuding steel fittings like bearing plates, slide chair, stretcher bar insulating tie plates, tie bar & MS plate complete as per drawings. (a) Supply of 60 kg turnout in 1 in 8½ BG 6400mm over riding curved switch & complete turn out on PSC sleepers with all fitting & fastening listed in/ 4867 and latest I.R. specification, as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply of Full set 60 Kg BG PSC sleeper set (1 to 67 nos.) for 1 in 8½ Turn‐out of 60 kg Rail (Fan shaped Layout with curved switches) including approach, exit and long concrete sleepers as per RDSO Layout Drg. No. T‐4865 / T-4965 (with latest alterations, if any), conforming to IRS specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of junction fish plates 52/100lbs (T-696) one set consist of 4 Nos fish plates and 8 Nos of bolts & nuts washers including labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of CI Distance blocks of required size as per site conditions & RDSO drawing including labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of bolts & nuts for CI distance blocks of required size as per site condition & RDSO drawing including labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supplying and stacking of approved quality of stone ballast of 50 mm gauge clean, angular, hard and durable track ballast as per RDSO specification and stacking the same on cess of the formation or toe of the bank or at suitable place as as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all cost of lead, lift, royalty, Sales Tax and other taxes and duties and all incidental charges, testing in lab complete as applicable. Tools and plants and screens of approved mesh and dimensions required for inspection and passing at the time of measurements/supply are to be arranged by the contractor. The rate also includes leveling of ground, if necessary, where the ballast are to be stacked and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of 60 kg, 90 UTS IU Rails of 13m long,straight rails without bend and defect free with USFD testing approved by railways as per IRS specification T-12-2009 (with latest alterations, if any) as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Supply of 52 KG,90 UTS IU Rails of 13m long,straight rails without bend and defect free with USFD testing approved by railways as per IRS specification T-12-2009 (with latest alterations, if any) as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, duly inspected by Railways or its authorized inspecting agency at manufacturers work site. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, loading, transportation, unloading, stacking and taxes, octroi, levies and inspection charges etc. complete. (Note: All the materials should be supplied within 3 months from the date of issue of work order).

Dismantling of existing BG turnouts and trap switches with all types of rails on other than PSC sleeper layout, removing fish plates & fastenings, leveling of ballast to correct profile & stacking all the released materials, sleepers, fastenings, rails, switches & crossings including segregating & stacking at specified locations in a neat & countable manner, as directed by Engineer in-charge : Under Conditions not requiring Traffic Block - 1 in 8½ Turnout.

Assembling complete BG Turnout including symmetrical split on staging or on formation / ballast bed to correct gauge and alignment as per standard drawing on all types of rails over PSC sleepers at specified locations, duly leading special size sleepers, switches, crossings, fittings, fastenings etc. with maximum lead of 250m & all lift and testing points with S&T staff for throw of switch etc. at station yard after levelling surface complete and as directed by engineer in-charge. Note: (Rail cutting and Drilling shall be paid separately). - 1 in 8½ Turnout.

Fabricating (cutting,drilling and machining) and fixing of check rails of all sections as per drawing and directions of engineer in-charge with all contractor’s labour, tools and materials complete. Rails shall be supplied by FCI. For rails of 72 UTS.

First and second through packing of points and crossing including gauging, fittings recoupment, elimination of sag and to the required alignment as per provisions of Indian Railways Permanent Way Manual - 1 in 8½ PSC layout.

Third or subsequent through packing of points and crossing including gauging, fittings recoupment, elimination of sag and to the required alignment as per provisions of Indian Railways Permanent Way Manual - 1 in 8½ PSC layout.

Providing,and fixing up to plinth level plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings,bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.:Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
