Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Providing and applying 20 mm thick Cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:3 ( One part of Cement and Three parts of Sand ),to finishing the exposed surfaces of R.C.C. items of works such as Roof (or) floor slabs, beams,and Sun shades etc.to correct plane and level including scaffolding, hacking of surface,chiselling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing etc.,all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead,lift and descent and as directed by the Enineer in charge.This rate includes the cost of providing Cement Mortar beadings for sun shades, steps,landing slabs,elevation etc.complete complying with standard specifications. Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)
