Establishment of Talkal Koppal Integrated AI Centre AI Lab at GTTC Multi Skill Development Centre

The bidder must be in the business of manufacturing of same or similar type of Machinery / Equipment / System / Instruments, who has manufactured, supplied, Installed & commissioned the offered Machine / Equipment / System / Instruments, and shall meet the following criteria for offered Machine / Equipment / System / Instruments

The Bidder should have executed similar work in one Purchase Order of at least Rs 12Crore, or Two Purchase Orders totalling Rs 14 Crore, or Three Purchase Orders totalling Rs 16Crore, at a reputed UGC recognized University / Deemed to be University/ Institution of Higher Technical Education/ IIT/ IISc/ NIT/ AICTE approved Institutes/ Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company in any one of the last 4 financial years. Copy(s) of the Purchase Order(s) to be submitted along with bid

The Bidder should have supplied and executed at least 3 installations of Integrated AI Lab based on similar Servers across past 3 years at a reputed UGC recognized University / Deemed to be University/ Institution of Higher Technical Education/ IIT/ IISc/ NIT/ AICTE approved Institutes/ Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company. At least one of the orders should be from a Government Institution. Copies of relevant supporting documents to be submitted along with bid

The bidder should not be blacklisted / debarred / disqualified by any Central or State Government authority or PSU as of the date of bid submission. The Bidder must furnish an affidavit (duly notarized) on Rs.500/- stamp paper as per the given format.

Bidder should be registered as a Company/Firm in India under the companies Act, 1956/2013, with at least one IT Service/Infrastructure Support Centre in India. The Bidder should submit copies of PAN & GST registration certificates of the Company

The bidder should be a renowned IT Solutions / Infrastructure company having sufficient resources and support system

The bidder must either be the principal company (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Authorized Dealer bidding on behalf of the OEM with written authorization (MAF) from the OEM. They must have after sales service canteroperative in India for at least 3 years as on the Date of Bidding

Only Bidder having a minimum 5 years of experience in operation should Bid this Tender. Proof of Purchase Orders or Installation certificates should be attached

The average annual turnover of the OEM shall not be less than Rs 500 Cr for at least 3 consecutive years out of last 4 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant origin

The Tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied up to at least 80 % of the quantity required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements, in any one of the last 4 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

If the Manufacturer is bidding through their Authorized Dealer/Representative, the manufacturer should furnish authorization assuring full Guarantee and Warranty obligations as per requirement of administration and Technical

The Bidder must be the Authorized Dealer / Partner of the OEM of the required equipment, engaged in the business of supplying and installing Integrated AI Labs with with similar complexity and nature to a reputed UGC recognized University / Deemed to be University/ Institution of Higher Technical Education/ IIT/ IISc/ NIT/ AICTE approved Institutes/ Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company should Bid this Tender

Only the Bidders having a minimum of 3 years of experience in operation should Bid this Tender. Proof of Purchase Orders or Installation certificates should be attached

The average annual turnover of the Bidder shall not be less than Rs 24 Cr for at least 3 consecutive years out of last 4 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25&2025-26). Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets with UDIN of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant to this effect

The Tenderer should be Authorized Dealer / Partner of the OEM who must have supplied installed and integrated up to at least 30 % of the quantity required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements, in any one of the last 4 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

All tenderers that are quoting as Dealers / authorized representatives of OEM shall be required to produce Manufactures Authorization (MAF) issued by the OEM with respect to this Bid. The MAF must be on OEMs letterhead and valid at time of bid submission
