Drilling, Installation of Casing Pipe, Geophysical Logging, Pumping Tests & PYT

Drilling of overburden by rock roller/ drag/ button bit to accommodate casing pipe of 10" dia. including sample collection at every 3m interval and preparation of litho log, measurement of discharge through V-notch at various stages (depth) of drilling in 165 wells

Drilling in Gondwana formation by using suitable bit to accommodate 7" casing pipe upto 200m (in 15 wells) including sample collection at every 3m interval, preparation of litholog and collection of 3 nos. of water sample using standard procedure during (2 for basic analysis and one for heavy metal including Arsenic), measurement of discharge through V-notch at various stages (depth) of drilling

Supply and installation of ERW casing pipe (for overburden casing) of 250 mm (10”) Nominal Bore - conforming to Table 3 of latest version of IS: 4270-2001

Supply and installation of MS slotted pipes (in overburden) of 250 mm (10”) Nominal Size, thickness 7.1mm, slot size is 1.58 mm - conforming to sizes as per Table 1 with slotting arrangement shown in figure 2 of latest version of IS: 8110-2001 including gravel packing

Drilling by DTH method using appropriate sizes of button bits so as to reach targetted depth BGL with diameter of hole not less than 165 mm diameter at 200 m BGL (in 165 EWs) including sample collection at 3m interval, preperation of litho log and collection of 3 water samples during drilling (2 basic analysis and one for heavy metals including Arsenic)

Pumping Tests that incuding prepumping for 8 hours and recuperation for 24 hours, SDT, APT and collection of 4 nos. water sample (three samples for basic analysis and one sample for heavy metals analysis including Arsenic)

Preliminary yield test by lowering submersible pump of appropriate capacity upto bottom of well not more than 5m from bottom of well including collection of 2 nos. water samples (for basic analysis and one sample for heavy metals analysis including Arsenic)

Reaming using rock roller/ button bit for wells using the bit size not less than 238mm (9-1/2”) in wells encountering caving formation at intermittant depth to accomodate part assembly of 175mm (7 inches) diameter in a well. The part assembly (175mm dia pipe) should be lowered using reverse socket through drill string

Supply and installation of ERW casing pipe (for part assembly and full assembly) of 175 mm (7”) Nominal Bore, thickness 5.4mm - conforming to Table 3 of latest version of IS: 4270-2001. In case of part assembly the assembly should be lowered by using reverse socket through drill string. Video of lowering of part assembly should also to be submitted.

Supply and installation of MS slotted pipes of 175 mm (7”) Nominal Size, thickness 5.4mm - conforming to sizes as per Table 1 with slotting arrangement shown in figure 2 of latest version of IS: 8110-2001 including gravel packing

Caliper Logging, submission of logging graph and report

Chemical Analysis

Chemical analysis of water samples for 15 parameters Ph, EC, TH, TDS, Ca, Mg, Na, K, CO3, HCO3, SO4, NO3, Cl, F, & Fe, in NABL accredited labs and submission of report from NABL lab

Chemical analysis of water samples for Heavy metals Arsenic, Chromium, Copper, Iron, Lead, Mangnese and Zinc in NABL accredited labs and submission of report from NABL lab

Construction of cement concrete platform 0.70 x 0.70 x 0.60 m (0.30 m above ground level) using concrete mix of 1:2:4 around the housing pipe welded mnimu 6 nos. anchoring plate as per drawing

Supply and fitting of well cap as per drawing. MS Plate size 5 to 10mm embossed & welded with permanent marking of "CGWB EW" For Exploratory Wells & "CGWB OW" for Observation Wells should be carved with welding on outer surface of casing pipe 0.5mtrs.

Supply and installation of protection box made of GI sheet of 3.15mm thickness along with Brass lock (7 lever hardened) and three keys for each lock as per drawing

Supply and installation of display board as per specification in drawing

Preparation and submission of basic data report in triplicate along with logging graphs, data sheets, analysis sheet, logging graphs, chemical analysis report from NABL lab, photographs/ videos of activity drilling assembly, part assembly lowering, pumping test, pumping test, V- notch discharge at various depths of drilling well site with display board well cap, protection box activity for each EW site, etc. The soft copy should be submitted.
