Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, all works up to any lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :In all kinds of soil

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, all works up to any lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :In all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] :Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge]

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations.(3) Adequate safety precautions shall also be taken care before commencement of any activity] :Bituminous Road

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 25 mm thick of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 12.5 mm nominal thickness), laid monolithically over base of concrete in panels at all locations and heights including treads of steps, nosing, landing slab etc. and finished with a floating coat of neat cement @ 2.20 Kg of cement per sqm of flooring, supplying and fixing 1.5 mm thick aluminium strips for full depth, chequering in floor finish if required, rounding, sloping, curing, finishing, preparation of slab, steps, etc., complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: Payment for base concrete shall be made under relevant item].

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. [Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "PER LETTER PER CM HEIGHT"].

Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

EARTH STRIP / WIRE / ROPE / CABLE - Supply, installing and testing of earthing strip/wire/rope/cable for completely making the earthing grid system by supplying, laying the GI / Cu strip and making all the necessary welding joints, connecting to the earthing electrodes and existing earthing grid etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Site engineer/Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of all labour, tools, materials, etc. complete in all respect:Copper cable as per specifications - 10 Sq.mm
