S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) of Fe 410-W (Gde E250) quality-A including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed basescreed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for as in floor finisheslaid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 ,10 mm thick for as in vertical surfaces and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces such as soffits of slabs, in patches n exc 1 sqm each finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any discription over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of new surafaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame complete all as specified and directed.
