Air Circuit Breaker, 3 Pole, 415V, AC of Rating 1000 Amperes, EDO type, with microprocessor release with Under Voltage Release Make- HPL

Charges for replacement / retrofitting / installation of 1000 A ACB as above as per the details of work below: - a) Taking proper shutdown and isolation of the complete ACBs and ensuring the absence of voltage or any residual energy with all safety measures. b) Dismantling the existing complete outgoing ACBs from the chambers of the main L T Panel including cradles and disconnecting the incoming bus bar connections and disconnecting outgoing connections. c) Making and supply of base supports of size as suitable to the mounting of new ACB. Fixing of the same at the panel chamber as suitable for installation of the new ACB / their cradles. d) Repairing the old door as suitable to the operation of new ACB. Installation of the new ACB cradle in the panel in proper alignment for connections. Fixing the ACB in the cradle as per site requirement.

Charges for making power connections after fixing of 1000 A ACB as per details below: - a) Providing power supply to the new ACB by making the connections of the main bus bars with the incoming sides of the new ACB by rearrangement / modification /addition/fixing of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing for retrofitting of ACB including bending, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required. Making provisions for outgoing supply of the new ACB by rearrangement / modification / addition, fixing of bus bars in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing including bending, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required.

Charges for making ACB functional / energizing ACBs in the panel including works as per below: - a) Making the required wiring connections for the electrical operation of the ACB with TNC Switch as required. b) Making the outgoing connections of the new ACB by connecting cables as required. Making all required connections for energizing the new ACB.

Testing and Commissioning charges including testing for the operations etc. for the new ACBs, testing for the electrical operations and carrying out other required testing after installation and other works as above.

Reconditioning of Power supply system from existing ACBs as per details below: - a) Checking and tightening of the connections at joints at incoming side of the existing ACBs, bus bars of L T Panel as per site requirement. b) Checking and tightening of the cable connections at outgoing side of the existing ACBs and cable connections joints at the motor side as per site requirement. Checking of existing ACBs operation etc. with checking for ACB Tripping through UVT as per motor requirements.
