Material and Labour for developing lawn with Korean Grass turfing including necessary earth work upto 15 cm depth, removing all stone, pebble, weeds, debris from excavated ground and removing excavated soil upto a distance of 250m to 500m and levelling of ground, applying of garden soil, pesticides, transporting of grass, laying, routing, watering including one year maintenance of grass by visiting periodically and pruning, replacing dead/weak grass and plants, applying manure as required etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only good earth and manure shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for developing following trees/plants by digging pits of size 60 x 60 x 60 cm and filling with soil obtained from that location up to 50% height and balance with garden soil mixed with manure 3:1 ratio. Removal of surplus soil, all constructional debris, weeds to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m, applying soil pesticides, routing, watering including maintenance of trees during Phase II period etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only good earth and manure shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for developing hedges by digging in trenches of size 30cm wide and 30cm deep and filling with soil obtained from that location up to 50% height and balance with garden soil mixed with manure 3:1 ratio and planting hedges of height 0.30 metre above ground level and removal of surplus soil, debris, weeds to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m, applying soil pesticides, routing, watering including maintenance of hedges during Phase II period etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Supply only good earth and manure shall be measured and paid separately, (ii) The rate quoted by the tenderer for items No.1 to 3 of BOQ shall be deemed to include the cost of dead/weak plants to be replaced as required during maintenance period and maintenance of grass, plants/trees and hedges.
