Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in roof padding complete all as specified

Removing existing water proofing treatment and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membarane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membarane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membarane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/ primer @ 0.10 Kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc., as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and as directed.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound in roof finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note :WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevat item

Light shade vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile complete all as specified and as directed.
