Dismantling of old and used 05 MVA 11/66 KV Transformer and its all accessories.
Removal of Core for washing from Transformer
Testing of the transformer to ascertain the fault/ damage.
A- Supply & Replacement of single LT Leg coil alongwith insulation, wedges, packings etc. complete in all respect after buy back of Old Leg Coil.
B- Supply & Replacement of single HT Leg coil alongwith insulation, wedges, packings etc. complete in all respect after buy back of Old Leg Coil.
C- Supply and replacement of LT side bushing with Insulator for all three phases R , Y , B and neutral .
D- Supply and replacement of HT side bushing with Insulator for R , Y , B .
E- Supply and replacement of Oil Temperature Meter with RTD Analog type .
F- Supply and Replacement of Winding Temperature Meter with RTD Analog Type
G- Supply and replacement of Buccholz relay .
Re-assembly of transformer with proper connections.
Loading, catrage and unloading of Transformer from Power House erection bay to switchyard
Refitting of radiators in the Transformer
De-vacuuming of the transformer after washing of core
Centrifusing of transformer oil till the BDV is achieved as per IS
painting of Single Core primer with double coat enamel (Approx area 134.3 m2)
Connecting the Transformer to 66 KV bay along with conductor and connector .
Supply and Retro Fitting of 66 Kv Isolator with complete arrangement on old Structure.
Testing and commissioning of transformer after making all necessary connections.
