Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 nominal size including cost of centering, shuttering complete. All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying damp proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including cost of machine mixing, curing, centering shuttering / form work complete.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. All work upto floor V level. (Make Tata Tiscon / Rashtriya Ispat/SAIL)

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement 6 fine sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work upto floor V level.

With residual type petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100.

Making plinth protection with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid over 75 min bed of dry brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size, rammed ,consolidated and grouted with fine sand including making groves as required ,necessary form work, curing etc complete.

100 mm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35 kg/Cum of earth gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay 1 cow dung) and covered with flat FPS brick tiles of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat.

Supply & laying of 400 micron thick PVC sheet (overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 200 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @1.7 kg/sqm.) complete in all respects.

Providing angular fillets 75mm x 75 mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate 10 mm downgauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design 75x75mm deep chase.

Making khurras 60x60cm with average minimum thickness of5cm cement concrete 1:2:3 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over PVC sheet 1mx1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surface of depressed portions of W.C kitchen and like consisting of: First Layer: Applying cement slurry @4.4kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion s including rounding of junction of vertical and horizontal surface. Second Layer: 20 mm thick cement plaster (1 cement 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound ACRO -1 in recommended proportions including rounding of junctions of vertical and horizontal surface. Third layer: Applying blown or/residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg per sqm. Of area on both horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken area Fourth Layer: 400 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm on both horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken area. 10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in single coat on brick walls for interior/exterior plastering including making the grooves in plaster between brick masonry and RCC Work (Horizontal / Vertical) and cost of form work /scaffolding as required complete. All work upto floor V level.

6mm-10mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine Sand) to ceiling and other RCC exposed surface where required as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of centering, shuttering, scaffolding etc. as required complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish (Make JK/Birla)

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand (Asian/Nerolac) and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture. All work upto floor V level.

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint (Apex/Excel) with silicone additives of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) (All exterior sides of building)

Providing and applying at all floors, heights, levels and locations interior texture coating of granule finish made from silica sand, in organic pigments and pure acrylic polymer emulsion. And bonding agent of made from pure acrylic co-polymer emulsion, broad-spectrum fungicide. Heritage granule and bonding agent mixed to a recommended quantity of water and applied with a trowels on to the surface, to be finished, in an average uniform coat of 0.8 to 1mm covering an area of about 5 sft. /kg of the mix. giving a uniform surface texture applied by a trained granules applicators in a single coat. The base has to be smooth sand faced cement plaster after duly clearing off any unwanted scratches and undulations by sand papering or using a wire brush before actual application begin complete as per drawings, requirements, specifications & as directed by the Architect / Employer. The tendered rate to account for all types of material, labour, machinery, T&P, curing, with all leads, lifts and sampling, testing and water arrangements complete.

Providing and applying at all floors, heights and locations exterior based texture finish made from natural Granite stone based materials and Bonding agent made from pure acrylic co-polymer emulsion, Broad fungicide and Bonding agent mixed to a recommended quantity of water and applied with a trowels on to the surface, to be finished, in an average uniform coat of 1.5/2mm covering an area of about 0.5 sqm/kg of the mix. Giving a uniform surface texture and applied by trained texture applicators in a single coat. The finish shall be anti fading and non pigmented type with resistance to weathering. The base has to be smooth sand faced cement plaster after duly clearing off any unwanted scratches and undulations by sand papering or using a wire brush before actual application begin complete including cost of all material, labour, machinery, T&P, curing, all leads, lifts and sampling, testing and water arrangements complete as per drawings, requirements, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded Brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) including machine mixing, consolidation, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles Size of tile 60x60 cm, 8-10mm thick with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Kajaria / Johnson/ Nitco) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing ISI quality coloured (as approved) ceramic glazed tiles on wall conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make NITCO/Kajaria/Johnson and colour shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/ Sqmt including finishing the joints with Synthetic Grout mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete size 300x450 mm / 300x600 mm. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Udhaipur Green Marble stone Flooring / skirting with 16mm (average) thick marble stone over 20mm average thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (mix) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry joints finished with synthetic grout mixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, edge moulding, granite polishing to give high gloss finish. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastage. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying in floors/skirting Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles (Antiskid) of approved make (Johnson/ Kajaria/Nitco) floor tiles of different sizes 300x300mm/400x400mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with synthetic grout mixed with matching pigments, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick (NTC Make) in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar location of required size of approved shade. colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding rubbing, curing, and Granite polishing to give high gloss finish etc. Jet Black Granite. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 30 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized /plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S. tube of size 25 x 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. Providing and fixing Curtain Wall structure made out of 10 SWG Powder coated aluminium tube of size 150mmx50m with openable panel as required are finished smooth and wedge in front to hold glass panes. The frame has to be fixed in position with 15x3mm lugs and 12 cm, anchor bolt embedded in concrete 1:2:4 blocks as required. The glazing shall be fixed outside in minimum panel size as per drawing flushed to each other to achieve smooth surface without undulation and sharp edges. The plate glass used shall 6 mm thick tempered reflective glass of approved make and colour. The glass should be jointed to the frame with silicon sealant of colour to match the shade of glass of approved make and quality with all necessary accessories like spacers, holder etc. The whole system after installation shall be completely weatherproof and sealed against air and water complete upto all floor levels and height as per drawings and directions of the Architect/ Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying / fixing expansion joint in position at floor level comprising of 35mm thick thermocol sheet of 16 gauge density over metal cradle, poly sulphide based expansion joint sealant 1½" thick and 35mm wide over thermocol sheet including stone /slab and poly-sulphate based expansion joints as sealant complete in all respects including cost of all material and labour required.
