(iii) If required battery or any other minor parts for remote to be replaced and cost for the same shall be included in the rate quoted.

Disconnecting and removing unserviceable sealed compressor of Split AC (1.5 TR cap Inverter type) and replaced with new hermatically sealed compressor of existing make & model including soldering/ brazing of liquid /gas pipeline, cleaning the system arresting the leakage, vacuumization, initial charging of oil & refrigerant gas what ever quantity required including installation, testing & commissioning etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make- LG/ Voltas (Existing make are to be replaced with new one) Note : Complaint of Window/ Split AC shall be attended within two hours after intimation to the contractor through SMS/ Whats app/ Telephone by JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge, otherwise an amount of Rs 100/ Hr (beyond two hours)will be deducted from his billing amount and that complain must be rectified within 24 Hours after intimation through SMS/ Whatsapp/ Telephone, other wise an amount of Rs 200/ Hr (beyond 24 Hours) will be deducted from his billing amount.

M&L for Repair and Annual comprehensive maintenance of moudular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (Samsung make) equipped with inverter, compressors, acryl precoated heat exchanger, low noise Condenser fan, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting with any capacity Modules and any location with and Including replacement of all thermocol foams insulating materials and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe connections and any item, R-410 Refrigrant required for replacement like as copper tubling gasket pumps, fan motor etc through authorised service provider for the complete plant by servicing/replacing any type spare parts as and when required to outdoor, indoor units during the period of contract and in one year liability period complete all directed by Engineer-in- Charge For Base Ops-(22x3 outdoor Unit with 15 Indoor Unit) Note : Outdoor unit each of 22HP with proportionate no of indoor units shall be maintained & HP shall be measured accordingly.

(i) Officer Mess- 12 HPx4 outdoor unit with 12 indoor unit. Note : Outdoor unit each of 12HP with proportionate no of indoor units shall be maintained & HP shall be measured accordingly.

Note for Item No 44.00 to 50.00 : (i) Technician of OEM will visit site as and when required or directed by Engr-in-charge within 2 hour and to be completed in12 hours of complaint registered other wise the penalty should recoverd @ Rs 500/Hrs and same shall be diducted from the contractor. (ii) one year guarantee certificate to be submitted by the contractor before completion of work (iii) The cost of thermocol foams and any type of packing material, PVC drain pipe R-410 Refrigerant etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (iv) Spare parts like as Compressor, PCBs, Harmony, motor shall be measured & paid as Supply only seperatly under respective item No. 7 to 28 of this schedule. Fixing charges of these spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without entertaining extra cost on this account.

Note: The VRF AC Plant must be repaired or serviced through OEM (Carrier and Samsung) or his authorized Service Centre, necessary documents are to be submitted by the bidder to the department prior qualifying of the bidding.
