Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty MS pipe over all height of 3.00m the distance between 2 legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2m in each rows and providing platform with C.W. planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete form with horizontal bracings @ 1.50m c/c vertical direction and with cross bracings using same 48.30mm dia including cutting, threading assembly with red oxide primer, labour charges cost of speicals such on large plate, shoe, carcher, coupling, bolt and nut transportation charges and handling charges. The bottom of vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing position precast reinforced cement concrete lintel of following sizes in RCC 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of sand and four of agreegate) using hard broken stone jelly of size 20mm gauge including cost of reinforcement grinding, moulding charges, centering for lintel, finishing, curing and fixing in position etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including renewing from its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including labour for wrought and put up in position fixing necessary furniture fittings excluding cost of furniture etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site work

Complete Bonding Agent for old Concrete Surface and also in Reinforcement areas. Finally for 20 mm thickness one Layer of Micro Concrete works for Compressive strength. Finishing the Plastering with River Sand, Cement Recron Fibers and SBR latex for additional Strength in plastering, Water Cure for 5 days and Finishing with three Coats of Elastomeric water proofing paints to protect the Structure by Silane Environment and Carbon Attack etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and fixing Mild Steel Grills for windows and ventilators etc., including the cost of mild steel angles, plates, rods, cost of welding charges and one coat of priming coat etc., complete.(The design should be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Painting old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of Interior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve with BIS make of the following dia including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete complying with standard specifications (for both internal and external water supply arrangements). The valves to be used on work shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.
