IMPROVEMENT / RETROFITTING OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME BHALOORA, MAWA AND MADOON UNDER JAL JEEVAN MISSION

(A) Improvement of water supply scheme baloora under JJM: Bore-Well (Discharge 3500 GPH): Deep Drilling of 200 mm dia bore-well by using ODEX/ Drilling Method having minimum safe discharge of 3500 GPH upto required depth (minimum 130 BGL mtr and further technically feasible depth) for acquiring desired discharge including lowering of 200 mm dia MS casing pipes and providing / fixing of casing drive shoe including cost of 200 mm dia ERW M.S. casing pipes. Development of bore by air compressor of adequate capacity till the clear portable water free from sand and other impurities along with clearance of site by way of bush cutting, making approach road , shiting of machinery, tools and tackle and all material prepration of site ,Stablization and testing of bore-well by way of pumping for maximum four days using verticl turbine pump / submersible pump set till the clear portable drinking water is achived including the yield test .Fabrication, Providing and fitting of steel supporting clamps.

Pump Room Building (Size 7.95 x 3.70 x 3.65 M): Design, drawing and construction of Pump Room Building covering design for permissible seismic effects (size 7.95 m x 3.70 m , height 3.65 mtr) with mass concrete in foundation, brick walls and RCC roofings along with insulated floor mating, painting & writings, electric fittings, steel girders, drainage, Plumbing, sanitation and water supply

Storage Tanks (Cap 20000 Gallons) : Design , Drawing , construction and comissioning of RCC 20,000 Glns capacity Sump Tank/GSR/ collection Tank in M-30 concrete mix (Spherical Shape) Incl all type of carriages with leads and lifts (Clear storage Ht. 3.60 Mtr.) & provision for manhole covering, Steel stairs, possible measuring gauge, inlet, outlet , overflow and wash out pipes (100 mm dia) complete Job on turn key basis.

Mechanical Works: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 No. submersibler pump set of parameters 4000 GPH x 150 mtr head ( 01 No. working + 01 No. standby) with automatic control panel and provision of standby manual starter , 01 No. voltage stablizer 150 KVA (ISI Marked make) alongwith and creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site .The pipes used for column pipes should be of MS pipes of standard make of suitable dia , electric cables / items should be of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard. Complete job with allied works

Pipe Works: Providing, Laying & fitting of G.I pipes( of any make as per Bureau of Indian Standard) for Rising main and Distribution system including clearance of site, earth work in excavation as per perscribed trenches and available classfiications of soil complete with cost & fixing of all required fittings / specials/ Gate Valves/Sluivce Valves/ Check Valves (ISI marked branded make) along with allied accessories, mainfolds, , fabrication /welding of joints weherever required, cutting/ crossing of roads / berm surfaces, lanes and drains including restoration of same after laying of pipes .Refilling of earth back in trenches including disposal of surplus earth/mulba to designated place and carriages of all sorts complete with testing & commissioning (complete Job/rm).

Compound Wall : Design, drawing, providing and construction of Compound wall (covering seismic effects) around the pheriphery of the station (avg. covering area 600 sqm), Development of Pumping station inclusive drainage of overflowing water & catchment, outer Illumination by Halogen Lights (minium 4 to 6 Nos), erection of sign board & levelling of ground / land scaping and plantings with provision of Rain Water Conservation depending on site conditions at Spots.

(B) Retrofitting of water supply scheme Mawa under JJM: Mechanical Works: Providing of 01 No. standby submersibler pump set of parameters 5000 GPH x 150 mtr head along with automatic control panel and provision of standby manual starter for existing set and upgradation of existing electrical system by way of replacing damaged cables and other allied works.

Constt. of 0.30 lakh Glns capacity OHT at Madoon Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.30 lakh gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on "Turn Key Basis" at Madoon under WSS Madoon including providing and fixing of D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and overflow delivering upto disposal point & providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to top landing along outside columns, RCC Ladder from Top Landing to Gallery, RCC Steps along the tank from Gallery to Top Dome, side steel railing upto dome of OHT with stairs within the reservoir upto the bed from the manhole of the tank, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls valve pit with proper flooring cover, manhole covers with frame and M.S. railing for stairs and at root flooring, vertical D.I. pipelines and standard D.I. pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferably cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L. bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. Bearing capacity of soil shall be conducted by the contractor and approved from Chief Engineer Design, Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) Department Jammu at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to him for the same ( Using M-30 design mix concrete)

Chain Link Fencing: Design, drawing, providing and construction of Chain link fencing all around the Civil Structures (Area 600.00 sqm).
