ITT Clause 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e., 2020-21,2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 (b) Mandating Satisfactorily completion as prime contractor, for atleast any construction work to an extent of value not less than Rs. 20.40 Lakhs (Updated to 2025-26 Price Level) (usually not less than 25 percent cost of the work)

ITT Clause 3.2 (c) Executed in any one year i.e 2020-21,2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earth work/Subgrade/Embankment-368.00 Cum, 2.Concrete Work (PCC/RCC)-405.00 Cum, 3.TMT Steel- 5.90 MT (usually 50 percent of peak annual rate of construction)

ITT Clause 3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under : Assessed available tender capacity: (AxNx5 -B) should be greater than or equal to Rs.81.30 Lakhs where A-Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (updated to 2025-26 price level) N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited-4 Months. B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 4 Months. (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

ITT Clause 3.3 Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (b) Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 24.40 Lakhs (credit lines / letter of credit/ certificates from Nationalized banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc (usually 30percent of the amount of contract) (The fomat should be as per KW-3 Bid document Section-3 Para 1.10)

Contractors has to upload the EPF Registration

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Caste should upload Caste Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Government of Karnataka

The contractor belonging to Scheduled Caste shall be domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years (Should upload Certificate issued by Competent Authority of Government of Karnataka).
