Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equiped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equiped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for fixing of MS wall bracket of suitable size and length for mounting of security light fittings with and including mounting on wall/pole with suitable size of clamp nut bolt and washers including taking down existing mounting bracket of any type and size complete all as directed at site.

Supply and Replacement of MCCB 4 pole 440 volt 125 Amp rating capacity in 36 KA complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement change over switch on load AC-23 (side handle) 4 pole 415Volts 50Hz capacity 100 Amp with sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells, Cat No. - IHCNF00100 or equivalent as per list of makes given in Particular specifications.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire,one twin core cable flat or circular 10sqmm 2 core.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire,one twin core cable flat or circular 6sqmm 2 core.

M & L for street light junction box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet of size 250 x 200 x 150 mm including 04 nos aluminium busbar of size 20 x 3 mm thick mounted on porcelain insulators and one MCB SP 6 amps etc having provision of cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables, fixed to pole with proper fixing arrangement and painting including 1.5 sqmmm copper cable 2 runs from junction box to street light fitting including taking down existing junction box of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1,5 mtr in depth for laying of cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L for Sand cushioning for cables all as specified in 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Material and labour for sub class B brick old size covering laid dry, flat transversely along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to the length of the brick complete.

Supply, fixing & laying GI pipe light grade 50mm bore in trench, under floor, wall and on pole for cable protection.

Supply, installation and erection in vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410, SP-55 (11 meters long) with 300x300x6mm thick mild steel base plate continuously weilded to pole, MS plate 3mm thick finial taper plug bolt, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces and making alternate black and white strips 30cm high with super enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5 mtrs height from ground level/ coping after erecting including takng down old poles of any type and size, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, PCC for foundation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

Taking out & removing old unserviceable UG cable and supply and laying 1100 volts grade PVC insulated heavy duty armoured multistranded aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm 4.0 core in trenches, through pipe, under culvert or in air complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthing work, Sand cushioning and Brick shall be measured and paid separately

Note :- An amount of Rs. Rs 20,402.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
