M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down and applying two coats of cement based paint on old decorated or undecorated wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down from wall surfaces and applying two coats of Oil bond distemper, white or tinted including clearcolle on surfaces for prepatory to distempering, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed

M & L applying one coat of white wash on old decorated or undecorated ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of weather coat (Apex paint) over a coat of primer on old decorated or undecorated surfaces including preparation by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, brushing, washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (any tint/shade) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint (any tint/shade) including preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick/concrete block work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing new surfaces of ceiling, plastered or unplastered surface and applying 3 coats of white wash to ceilings all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) & finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying three coats of white washing including preparing new surfaces of wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of Oil bond distemper white or any tint over a coat of primer after preparation of wall surface with 3 mm thick (Birla/Asian) wall Putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work with using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed( NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "SUPPLY ONLY").

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed

M&L writing letter or figures (Block,Roman ,Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high on new/ old painted surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M&L stops,commas,dashes,hypens,brackets etc including obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. m, with paint to match existing work of any size and forming letters if necessary complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .(Note :- Tenderer may note that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract)
