Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium door/ window/ ventilator with frame, shutters, glass, grills and builder's hardware any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden door shutter area exceeding 1.00 but not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc.

Demolition of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position below or above ground floors, not exceeding 15 cm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Supply and fix solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter as per IS 15931: 2012 with 19 gauge thickness mild steel tube and tapering 20 mm in 45⁰ angle on both sides forming styles and on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and on both sides to form lock rail complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flush door shutters, 30 mm thick, solid core of particle board construction, FAT-I or XPS designation, bonded with BWR adhesive with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, internally lipped complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, cham104fered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge./*9-6374
