Dismantling existing water proofing treatment of any description from RCC roof surfaces (horizontal or vertical) including taking down cement plaster/ bedding layer of any thickness ,cleaning and scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting exisiting PVC water tanks of 500 litres to 1000 litres capacity setting aside or lowering for carrying out roof repairs etc, including cleaning and removal of all scale, dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting the tanks reconnecting and refixing in position, all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down 25mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing all as specified and as directed

Fixing only 20mm bore steel water tubes any grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in any length all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick or cement concrete surfaces & finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description from roof /floor slab as in padding concrete.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm of roof slabs

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 60mm thick(avg) as in levelling/padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed finished even and smooth using extra cement.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, of (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm aggregate exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete.

Removing by cutting/uprooting plant/tree in wall/ceiling including making good the damaged portion with cement mortar 1:3 or concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of roof surface by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.2Kg/Sqm and providing 4.0mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160gm/Sqm having softening point less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/sq cm and 350 N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlapping and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm top of membrane surface shall then be finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

S&F of 20mm CPVC pipes SDR11 & plain CPVC SDR11 fittings such as Tee, Elbow, nipple, small piece of pipe etc fixed to wall/ceiling or laid on roof complete all as specifed and directed

S&F of 25mm CPVC pipes SDR11 & plain CPVC SDR11 fittings such as Tee, Elbow, nipple, small piece of pipe etc fixed to wall/ceiling or laid on roof complete all as specifed and directed

S&F of rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindircal vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as sepcified including disconnecting old tank of capacity 1000 liters

S&F of rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as sepcified including disconnecting old tank of capacity 500 litres

S&F 25mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min weight 455gm) complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min weight 210gm) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to walls all a specified and directed

S&F in repairs 75mm dia PVC(SWR) bends of any radius with duck foot or heel rest fitted with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in levelling course on floor all a specified and as directed

M&L for rougheninig surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc all as specified and directed

M&L for 2mm thick water proofing self levelling epoxy resin mixed with starproof IPU coat over the primed surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The shore D hardness of 70-80 as per ASTM D2240 (ii) The topping shall have hard smooth, light, reflective impervious and easy to clean surface. (iii) Place mixed star proof PU on the primed surface and spread to the required thickness uniformly with a notched trowel , care should be taken not to over work the resin. After spreading immediately, the floor should be firmly rolled with a spiked nylon roller to help release any entrapped air help level an slight roller marks. The rolling should be carried out back and forth techinique along the same path. An over lap of 50% of adjacent path is to be provided (iv) The topping shall achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/Sqmm and flexural strength of 25N/Sqmm at 7 days when tested as per IS 9162 At 30 degrees centigrade shall be capable of accepting foot traffic at 24 hrs and vehicle traffic at 48 hrs.

M&L for groove cutting for construction joints 10mm wide & 30mm deep on concrete floor and filling with sealing compound complete all as specified and directed

Supply only joint sealing compound Grade A all as specified.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing any type

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL)

Use and waste form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-20 design mix concrete (using 20mm graded aggregate) (20mm graded aggregate) for Walls. Retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and like any thickness all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement in CM 1:4.

M&L for providing plain cement concret 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses bed plates, bed blocks etc all as specifed

M&L for two coats of cement based paint including preperation of new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard dense soil all as specifed

S&F of joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths ie within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified

M&L for preparation of previously untreated or new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified & as directed .

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fixing for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/ dense soil all as specified

Removal of building materials etc to a distance of 5 KM, beyond the load included in the rates including loading, unloading and stoacking at the destination.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.50KM but not exc 5.00 KM and depositing where directed complted all as specified
