Material and labour for preparing BM/black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/track coat with paving bitumin @ 5kg per 10 Sqm of road surface laying rolling & bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (VG-30 ) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using coarse aggregate grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller incl preparing unsurface water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes, depth of pot hole exc 30mm, area not exc 1 sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg / 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface compl all as specified and directed Note (i) Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to inclsive of all materials like(i) road metal, premixed macadam binder & chipping etc and nothing extra shall be paid by the dept.

All as per item No 04 here - in - before but depth, of pot hole not exc 30mm and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg/10sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width using thermoplastic compound white paint,hot applied, 2 mm thick,incl glass with machine confirming to BIS 3262, and according to the specification laid down IRC & MORTH (5th revision),compl all as specified and directed Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine

Supply and fixing of CAT EYE yellow colour road studs ABS plastic body confirming to IS-67-1977 having road capacity of 40 tonnes heavy reflector yellow colour both side complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for road solar stud size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark Eye Cat Part No DA-110 or equivalent of Makes specified in list of Makes

Material and labour in repair for road delineator ABS round body, reflective reflectors (Amber/Red colour) and mounted on MS pipe 50mm dia duly powder coated overall length 850mm fitted with anti rust and theft steel net including welding of mild steel flat iron at bottom of delineator of size 25x5mm, 150mm long , necessary excavation and embeded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B1 of size 30x15x30cm complete all as specifed and directed Make:- Dark Eye Model No DA-74 or equivalent of Makes specified in list of Makes

S & F in repair for speed breaker 750mm x 250 x 75 mm each piece with two Nos of reflector any coller plastic body confirming to IS-67-1977 and fill hollow part with 1:2:4 plai cement concrete of speed breaker fixed with epoxy coating matarial and necessary fixture compl all as specified and directed. Make:- DARK EYE, TATA BP SOLOR INDIA LTD, GREEN LITE or equivalents specified as per list of makes.
