Day to day operation, overall supervision, preparation of food, cleaning, washing & wiping of entire inside space of the bunglow, upkeepment of all furniture, gadgets, kitchen appliance, crockeries, utensil, cleaning of toilet, bathroom, urinals of Meghdoot Inspection Bunglow and Annex rest shed, making necessary arrangement for drinking water at all the rooms and preparation of bed and cleaning / change of bed sheet, pillow cover, operation of illumination system including proper recording of all proceedings, guarding (for Administrative Complex and Inspection Bunglow Complex) for 24 hours a day and beautification of garden, operation and maintenance of electrical installation like air conditioner, yard lighting, inhouse lighting, water pump etc. all complete on daily basis as per direction of EIC. 14 nos. labour payment ensuring minimum wages with 8.33% bonus, PF, ESI as per Govt. rules.

Supply and delivery of room freshener, liquid soap, lysol, duster, broom, wiper, colene, good night for Cleaning, washing and wiping of all the space and floors of bunglow and annex rest shed including doors, windows, walls, ceiling, stairs etc. free from dirt and upkeepment of all furniture, gadgets etc by supplying necessary materials as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of Odonil, Naphthalene, harpic, wiper phenyl, bleaching powder, muriatic acid, broom toilet paper, commode brush, duster for cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets and bathrooms of bunglow and annex rest shed as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning and washing of clothing in door, window screen, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow cover, bath towels, hand towel, curtain after using one time including ironing the same and blanket cover, blanket carpet as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of branded make cleaning scrub, washing soap, kitchen duster, glass washer, floor cleaner, k. oil, broom, wiper, liquid soap for upkeepment and cleaning, washing of kitchen appliance, crockeries, utensil by supplying necessary materials as and when required.

Beautification of the existing garden and the vacant places inside the Bunglow compound & around the Office Campus including water bodies with supplying of all manure, saplings, fertilizer and other materials and manpower required for plantation atleast 3 times (Summer, autumn, winter) by necessary decorative different type seasonal flowers after uprooting previous season plants, upkeepment of decorative plants & other fruit plants by supplying necessary fertilizer, bio chemical, manures, pesticides, insecticides etc. including regular curing, watering, nursing, propagation by cutting, trufing, pruning, weeding young plants, at Administrative Building Complex & Inspection Bunglow as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning and washing 4 nos. water tank at top roof of Meghdoot inspection bunglow and annex building, maintenance of mansonary drain (140mtr. X 0.6mtr. X 0.9mtr.) attached compound wall of Bunglow premises and within Administrative building complex including supply of labour, other materials and applying bleaching powder (atleast once in a month), operation and maintinance of existing submersible pump as and when required, payment/recharge of 5(five)nos. TV set top box (full package), newspaper bill two nos. and maintenence of 3 (three) nos. water purifire etc all complete. Maintenance & minor repairing of all vacuam cleaner, TV etc. kitchen appliances like chimney, microw oven, gas oven, refrigerator, washing machine, mixer-grinder, grass cutting machine with supply of blade etc. including time to time cleaning and servicing of AC machine by authorized service personnel as and when required & all civil and sanitary & plumbing job as per direction of EIC. (Note:- all repair work upto Rs.1,000.00 should have to be executed by the agency)

Operation of D.G. sets by supply of H.S. Diesel and lubricant for auxiliary power as and when required during power failure as per direction of EIC. (If power failure not occure it will run for half an hour per week to keep the DG set in running condition.) (A) Inspection Bunglow (62.5 KVA)
