Dismantling of post or struts (wood or steel or RCC) any section incl taking embeded portion and making good disturbed ground embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing RCC/ any fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MS angle iron posts and struts, flat & round bars in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting etc and similar works like MS flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces any width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M/L providing RCC Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm mm graded stone aggregate) as in pre cast fencing post struts etc average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and not exceeding 250 Sqcm with or mitred Tops incl grouting in natural ground or cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed

S/F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

S/F TMT bar 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in , stirrups spacers etc cut to length bent to shape requred incl cranking, bending hooking ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia confirming to Grade-I IS-432 (part I) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chain link fencing comprising plain GI wire mesh 3.15 mm dia and average size of mesh 100 x 100mm, including link wire nails, straining bolts etc and Provision of binding wire as specified after taking out old unserviceable mesh wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing in repair old chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and any type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing barbered wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F in repair Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struds etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embeded in pre cast RCC fencing post struds etc securing and typing as crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed

S/F mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, screwed end to be fitted with one washer and hexagonal nut length exc 10cm but not exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins arches pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth for foundation in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick Damp proof course in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork complete all as specified

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on EXTERNAL fair faces or Brick walls or on concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as per manufactare instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound.

M & L Preparing New Surfaces of Walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm gr aggr set in CM 1:4 louvers and jallies 25mm thk (measured solid) incl all mouldings complete all as specified and directed

M & L Providing cement concrete with type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in coping and the like including for use of form work (straight or curved) weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed.

Repairs to gates of any description and size including taking down and repairs to pintle hinges welding if required and bedding in brick or concrete work and check for its movement align the shutter by means of hammering / welding/oiling, lifting the shutter by means of pully or crane by taking safety measuers including replacement of pintle hinges..

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layer not exc 150 mm thick water, rammed to true surfaces.

M & L for PCC with type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate ) 100 mm thick as in sub base.

M & L for PCC with type B-0. 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick as in flooring and finishing the floor even and smooth without using extra cement..

M & L for Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying Floor Finishes/Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30 cmx30 cm x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor

M&L Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of colour 50% red coloured tiles and 50% grey coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade and including filling of interstices with fine sand over including 25mm thick layer of sand chusion over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Fixing in repairs machine made kerb stones including necessary including setting and jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Machine made kerb stones, prepolished, rubber moulded in cement concrete 1:½:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates, hydraulically pressed laid in trenches including necessary earth work in any type of soil including setting & jointing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Shape of kerb stone shall be approved by the GE.

Refixing of Machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape, size coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of any thickness M-35 Grade

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Rough excavation n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Dismantling brick laid beded and pointed in any mortar (laid flat or on dege)

M & L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channel and drain.

Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar

All as per item No 5 above but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick old size straight & curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4 all as speicified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms moulds stopped end.

Surface dressing/cleaning of vertical side and berms of drain by trimming of surfaces and removing all vegitation bushes/small trees n . Exc 30 cm girth and removing to a distance not exc 50 metres and deposited where directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bat, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance n. exc 50 m and deposited where directed.

Demolition of cement conceret Reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on Brick Walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debries/rubbish etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 externally on other than fair faces of brick wall or on Concrete Surfaces, finished Even and Smooth without usigng extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound.

M&L Reinforcement cement concrete1:1.5:3 Type A1 using 20mm graded aggregate in Slabs, shelves supported on walls etc complete

Form work to the soffifts of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slab, exc n.exc 200mm thick.

Form work to edges of concerete flats etc exc 200cm wide.

Reinforced concrete 300mm bore pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for bed to drain pipes of 300mm dia including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested.
