Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). INCL CARRIAGES ALL COMPLETE.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand). INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Centering and Shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of formwork.

Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, binding, placing etc all complete. INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Providing and Laying RCC 1:1.5:3 mix 20MM nominal size aggregate. INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Brick work with 2nd class brick in 1:6 mix cement mortar. INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded. INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2. INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2. INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Providing wood work in frames of false celing, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position of buldoo/ fir wood.

Providing and Fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with suitable screws etc all complete.

Wood work in frames of doors and windows etc of Ist class deodar wood. All complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors and windows with butt hinges of required size Ist class K.wood. 35MM thick

Providing and Fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors and windows. Particle board 12mm thick.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick glass pan not less than 10kg/sqm

Providing and Laying cement conc. Flooring 1:2:4 mix 50MM thick. INCL ALL CARRIAGES

15MM thick cement plaster of 1:6 mix cement mortar. INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade two or more coats.

Applying Priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work. All complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast well rammed. Incl all carriages

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable G.I Box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable, MCB etc. as required (GROUP C) all complete

Wiring for heating point with 4.0 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable G.I Box and earthing the point with 4.0 sqm FRLS PVS insulated copper conductor single core cable, MCB etc. as required (GROUP C) all complete

CIB (citizen information Board ) size 4'00"x5'00"x0'9" (above plinth level) with tepered top having 20 degree slope in Brick Masonary(1:4) including plaster , paint, lettering and logos as per instruction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material. ( complete job)
