M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating by using superlatex manufactured by Pidilite industries ltd (or equivalent product manufactured of Sika/ Fosroc/Choksey chemical), the mix ratio shall be 1:4:7 (Super latex :water :cement) or as per manufacturer's instruction suitable for sunken floor and wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2 :4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in leveling course in roof padding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof comprising with the following:- (a) taking down/scrapping out existing old tarfelt bituminous compound including sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove dust etc and removing debris to a distance not exceeding 250m (b) 15m thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth and curing for minimum seven days (c) Preparing and cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surfaces (d) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surfaces @ 0.4 litre per sqm confirming to IS 3384-1986 (e) applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 kg per sqm reinforced with polyester non woven febric (weighing not less than 160gms per sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer.
