Term contract for artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained at may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the aforesaid MES Schedule. Contractor to insert here-in-below their rate percentage only by opting less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) – Rates. If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule. ‘0’(ZERO) should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-below shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.
