Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc. n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter; for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions; for rough finished square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete.

M&L for TMT reinforcement bars Grade Fe 500D,10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M& L for TMT steel bars Grade Fe 500D, 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of AAC block masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of AAC block masonry or other side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing new untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instruction .

M&L Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, withoutconnecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

Supply and fixing GI punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia duly streched and fixed to angle iron posts/struts with 3 mm dia GI wire all as specifide and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors orgates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

M&L Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for prepairing to steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including cutting around for inserting into wall, roof slab etc. and sealing /making good to match the existing surface.
