Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope and Concertina Coil in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

De-Silting (Removing Silt and Vegetation etc.) of Existing BS Fence also stacking within 50 metres lead, Spreading complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including distempering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete

Structural steel work in single section welded and fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and making necessary holes for erecting barbed wire and cutting and spreading of angle for anchoring in cement concrete block as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. Removing of old paint in angle iron post With Patti, Sand paper etc. and prepare surface for painting as required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing, laying and fixing galvanized punched tape concertina coil, 1050 mm dia (when closed) weighting not less than 15.2 kg each coil, having galvanized spring cold drawn steel core wire of 2.5 mm dia, galvanized punched tape of low carbon steel having series of sharp barbs uniformly punched along its length having 550 nos. of barbs on periphery per revolution and crimped on steel spring core wire, having G.I. steel wire handles hooked to coil for handling & M.S. square bars hooked with coil having pointed face for anchorage, duly dipped in anticorrosive bitumastic paint, including spreading each coil uniformly in 10 meter length, including adequately tying to the existing G.I. barbed wire fencing with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1m spacing, tying the handles of succeeding coil with preceding coil with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge, proper anchoring of spikes at start and end of the coil with C.C. block of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm in C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. barbed wire, of size 2.5mm x 2.0 mm TYPE A LOWA TYPE (weight to be not less than 108 gms per meter length), conforming to I.S. code 278, duly dipped in anticorrosive bitumastic paint ( average thickness 45 micron), fixing to the existing M.S. angle iron posts placed at 3.0 m c/c in 7 horizontal rows (Including Weaving upto 7 Horizontal Row) and stretched with M.S. Hooks/ tightening bolts, fixing each row of barbed wire to intermediate angle iron post between tightening bolts with split cotter pins of size 5x22 (conforming to IS-549 steel), including providing vertical strands of G.I. barbed wire of same specifications properly inter woven with horizontal rows of barbed wire at 150mm c/c spacing up to a height of seven rows of barbed wire above ground level, each vertical strand adequately tied at three staggered places with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge, including applying three coats of alkyd zinc phosphate primer/ paint of approved brand and manufacture (first coat in red oxide colour, second coat in grey colour and top coat in black colur) on tightening bolts, hooks & cotter pins, nuts, washers & bolts, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Conforming to I.S. code 278-1978, duly dipped in anticorrosive bitumastic paint ( averae thickness 45 micron), fixing to the existing M.S. angle iron posts placed at 3.0 m c/c in 15 horizontal rows and stretched with new M.S. Hooks/tightening bolts and fixing each row of barbed wire to intermediate angle iron post between tightening bolts with split cotter pins of size 5x22 (conforming to IS: 549 steel), including providing vertical strands of G.I. barbed wire of same specifications properly inter woven with horizontal rows of barbed wire @ 150mm c/c spacing up to a height of five rows of barbed wire above ground level, each vertical strand adequately tied at three staggered places with G.I. wire of not less than 16 gauge, including applying three coats of alkyd zinc phosphate primer/paint of approved brand and manufaccture (first coat in red oxide colour, second coat in grey colour andd top coat in blackcolour) on tightening bolts, hooks & cotter pins, nuts, washers & bolts which will confirm the relevent IS code and should match the existing fitting already at site of work and to be changed now all complete as per direcion of Engineer-in-charge.
