M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Provision of Roof treatment consisting of the following items and operations :- (a) Cleaning the roof surface from dust / dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 liters per square meter uniformily after the surfaces fully dried complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over primed surface of roof slab @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor including cutting & chasing 100mm x 75mm in the parapet to insert the APP membrane and sealed with and including PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Mixed with and including polymer based liquid water proofing additive @ 5% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s specification). Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturer instruction work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer.Note : PCC(1:2:4) shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Preparation of new APP based polymeric water proofing membrane surface applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness, includinguding cover fillets all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails, fixed in repairs

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height with GRG (Glass Fibre reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tile of size 595x595mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%,NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, non combustible as per BS 476(Part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimium) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-grid of hot dripped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runner of size 15x32mm of length 1200mm and sectinally intermediate cross T of size 15x32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600mmx600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanised @80 grams per Sqm) i.e. 50mm long,8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per direction of the Engineer in Charge

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
