Work for replacement of defective 145 KV C.B. (ABB make) of 132 KV Nehtaur (400 KV)-Nagina ckt-II line bay by 145 KV Siemens make CB at 132 KV S/S Nagina.

Safe carriage of 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (Siemens make) from 132 KV S/S Sherkot to 132 KV S/S Nagina including loading & unloading by crane at both end. (Distance- 35 Km. approx.)

Dismantalling of 145 KV, SF-6 Circuit Breaker ABB make & structure, disconnection of control cables including all released materials to be shifted to store/safe site.

Modification of old foundation to new foundation as per Drawing supplied with new 145 KV Circuit Breaker and remaining part to be removed. (Civil materials provided by contractor).

Erection, earthing of new145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker as per instruction manual and technical specifications including shifing of breakers from store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Jumpering of new C.B. after proper cutting of conductors and making earthings of C.B., proper connection of control cables of breaker to the control/relay panel.

Safe Carriage of 36 KV Circuit Breaker from 132 KV S/S, Nagina to 132 KV S/S Najibabad by hiring private vehicle/truck at his own cost (Distance- 25 Kms Approx) including loading/unloading at both end with the help of Hydra/Crane and proper placing of JE store.

Dismantling of 36 KV VCB from 33 KV Khaikhedi bay including opening of all jumpers, opening of electrical connections & cutting of earthing and other associated work to make job satisfactory, and shifting of dismantlled VCB from work site to store at 132 KV S/S, Najibabad.

Erection of 33 KV VCB at Khaikhedi feeder after modification of foundation than proper cabling connection jumper and earthing make job working satisfactory.

Safe Carriage of 145 KV CTs-03 nos. from 132 KV S/S, Sherkot to 220 KV S/S Nehtaur by hiring private vehicle/truck at his own cost (Distance- 25 Kms Approx) including loading/unloading at both end with the help of Hydra/Crane and proper placing of JE store.

Replacement of damaged/unhealthy 145 KV CTs at 220 KV S/S Nehtaur including opening of 06 nos. jumpers, dismantling damaged CT, Opening of all electrical connection cutting of earthing and then erection of new 145 KV CT, re-jumpering, re-connection and re-earthing and all associated work to complete the job.
