SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in hard /dense soil for laying underground cables and post holes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layres not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of GI earth/guard wire of any size and removing unserviceable GI wire from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete, excavation and earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old, unserviceable steel tubular pole & removing and taking into credit including necessary demolition of concrete, foundation along with earth excavation etc... all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type & size from position including separating & setting aside serviceable insulators for reuse in the work and removing unserviceable insulator from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10, and fixing in concrete foundation, including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earthwork, excavation, RFR and removal of surplus soil and concrete shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Havells/Polycab/Finolex) (Note: Earthwork, excavation, RFR and removal of surplus soil, river sand cushioning and PCC cover slab/ bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Havells/Polycab/Finolex) (Note: Earthwork, excavation, RFR and removal of surplus soil, river sand cushioning and PCC cover slab/ bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for cradle gaurding, hexagonal / rectanguler fabricated with 4mm dia GI wire all as specified & directed

Supply and fix cross arms, bracing, support, clamps etc made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp, back plate with bolts, nuts & washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding, bending cold or hot in any shape or size including all fixing arrangement on HT over head line and painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable cross-arms obtained from dismantling here in before with providing new bolts, nuts and washers as reqd including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for anti-climbing devices spike type fabricated from MS bar (8 mm size 10 Nos x 20 cm long) fixed by drilling/welding on 2 Nos MS flat 40 x 6 mm made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole and fixed at about 2.0 mtr height from GL including complete painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, bigures and conventional shull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts & nuts of approved size of HT 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specififed and directed.

Material and labour for trenchless cutting (Non Man Entry Type) by HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling ) method for boring a hole under road, pavement, hard standing including laying of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa (Mega Pascal) working pressure complete all as specified as per the IS Codes of Practice suiting Indian Conditions published by the Indian Society for Trenchless technology from time to time and as directed by GE. Note : The entire trenchless equipment shall be operated by the contractor strictly as per manufacturer's operation manual and a copy of same shall be provided to GE by contractor.

Supply and replacement of GI tubing medium grade 100mm bore galvanized with all fitting laid in trenches/road crossing for UG cable protection all as specified and as directed

Servicing of four pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers, sleeves, vice type connectors, bolts, nuts washers connecting lugs/thimbles greasing the moving parts applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts, tightening all connection and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracings and supports clamps back plates complete and painting two coats of anti corrosive aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge Note :- No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the Sch 'A' given

Material and labour for Painting of LT/HT steel tubular pole with one coat of aluminum paint and black paint upto 1.2 meter from the bottom of the pole after preparing the existing surface of the poles and marking the poles numbers as per existing pattern including fixing two no flouresent tape 50 mm width around the pole at 1.2 meter height complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and install , commissioning and testing air break switch,gang operator off load disconnection type,out door,mechanically operator from ground level and mounted on 11KV post insulators with and including MS channel base,MS nut,bolts forxfixing to the poles,capacity 200 A,3 phase and three insulators per phasecomplete with locking arrengement inON and OFF position including necessor conections all as directed and fixing to the pole structure in position including painting the steel surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuses 11 KV, 100 Amps capacity including nut bolts washers with barrel fuse expulsion type set of three including mounting on channel complete all as directed

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip of 20mmx3.0mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper all as shown in electric plate No 5 connecting to earthing test point including necessory excavationin any earth strata,PCC chambers in PCC1:3:6 type C1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT HCR/CRS steel bars at 140mm C/C both way and lifting handle watering pipe of GI 20 mm dia light grade,funnels,wire mesh,charcoal with lifting handle watering pipe of GI light grade 20mm dia,wire mesh,funnel,lugs and charcoal,salt etc all as applicable and as per plate No 5 of SSR 1991 and all as specified

Material and labour for GI Chain link fencing including line wires, any mess, size and type of standards rail, straining, bolts, with necessary angle or 'J' section fixed independently with out connecting plate & making holes perfixing chain link fence Gde Fe 410-0 complete including spot holes, PCC for foundation etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS Gate made out of angle iron of suitable size with necessary joining accessories complete, steel confirming to Gde Fe - 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earthwork excavation, PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer, keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer Out door type 201 to 400 KVA, 0.433/11KV, comprising the following :step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall comprise of the following :-

(a) M & L for lifting, transporting, handling, the transformer to wksp and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc incl disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/ body) of the transformer. (b) M & L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container /drums and keeping it insafe coustody for reuse. (c) M & L for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt / sludge/ foreign particles etc from the buttom / body of the transformer and drying/ heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil.

(d) M&L for checking the leakage of transformer oil from tank joints, bushings, inlet/out let valves ,breather etc ,servicing,openning the transformer and disconnect the star and delta connection for HT and LT windings ,testing the insulation resistance,cleaning and washing thoroughly core and windings of the transformer by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming to IS 335/1983, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles from the windings / core and revarnishing of the windings with super varnish incl heating/drying/backing complete carefully and thoroughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS 1986-87 and directed by Engr-in- charge.

(e) Lifting and refixing core assy inside the transformer shell gently and carefully, connecting of HT / LT/ Neutral connections to the bushings assy, fixing of tap change over incl tightening of nuts,bolts, washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed. (f) Varnishing the entire core assembly with insulating oil of approved quality ,heating and drying thoroughly,re -insulation paper ,press pan paper, fevicol,sleeves and heating carefully inside chamber to got required megger value so as to obtain desired insulation resistance all as directed. (g) Re- fixing of the core assembly inside the transformer shell gently and carefully , conecting up with the HT/LT bushings ,fixing of tap changer, connecting up with the neutral connections etc completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge Note: Necessary dismentling of core assy for repair/rewinding and refixing shall be measured and paid under relevant items here in before all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge .

(h) Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer only after carrying out filteration and heating up oil upto 105 degree C to achive reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of Engr- in- charge on proper proforma duly signed. (j) Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/ gasket 8mm thick, tightening of nuts /bolts /washers etc and replacement of breather with silica gel crystal type all as directed by Engr-in charge (k) M & L for carrrying out acidity test of transformer oil all as per IS-1866/1961 in presence of Engr-in-charge or MES rep. authorised by him and submitting the test results on proper proforma duly signed. (l) Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge .

Note:- (i) Any damage to insulators/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt. The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair / over hauling (exept item No. 4 & 5 here in after) should be complete with in 48 hours from the date of handing over the individual transformer , failing which neccessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost.

All as per item no 63 above but Transformer of capacity101 to 200 KVA all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / scrapping / brushing down and preparing the outer surface of the transformer body and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Dehyderation,filteration of transformer oil using stream line filter to obtain a dielectric strength above 40 KV, including all arrangement for DG set,filteration plant,filter paper etc mentioned below all as directed and specified.

Supply and Filling the new transfermer oil of approved make conforming to IS- 335 including filtertion of existing and taped up oil so as to achieve IR value of the oil not less than 40 KV and all as specifaied and all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

M/L for rewinding of damaged/ burnt out HT / LT coil , servicing of step down transfomer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA capacity 11000/433 volts,comprising the following : (a) Removing the transformer core assembly by un-screwing the nuts, bolts,washers of top cover, draining out the exting oil removing the HT / LT bushings etc and taking out the core gently with the help of neccessary tools arrangement complete and all as directed. (b) Dismantling and taking the burnt HT coils from the core assembly and cleaning the other coils and core assembly with CTC solution including removing the deposited dirt/foreign meterials etc complete. (c) Rewinding the HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including insulating paper etc complete ,refixing the rewinded HT/LT coils on the core assembly connecting up with the tap changer etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge .

M & L for disconnecting and dismantling u/s, damaged LT bushing, studs complete of 100 KVA Transformer any make 11/0.433 KV and replacing the same with supplying and fixing, connecting and commissioning LT porcelain bushings with gun metal threaded studs of suitable lengths including metal rings/nuts/bolts/washers, rubber rings etc.( set of 4) all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per Item No 69 above but HT bushing comlete ( set of 3 ) all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per Item No 69 above but for 200 and 500 KVA transformer 11000/433 volt any make all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.

Taking out vacuum circuit breaker by disconnecting carefully electrical connection from incoming and out going from panel carefully.Overhauling the spring charging mechanism,checking the vacuum gap,greasing and adjusting of moving parts and adjusting as required, Cleaning all parts by CTC solution / emry paper as required and greasing the metallic and mechanical serviceable parts.

Removing,cleaning,servicing, calibration, testing and commissioning of microprocessor based earth fault and over current fault relay of HT 11 KV VCB all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing,cleaning,servicing, calibration, testing and commissioning of electro megnatic earth fault and over current fault relay of HT 11 KV VCB all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Replace ment of Fuse carrier including HRC fuse upto 10 amps suitable for operating voltage 110/220 Volt for HT/LT Panel all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M/L for cutting the bituminous road in the size not exc 0.4 mtr X 0.6 mtr for laying of UG cables and making good with the existing surfaces after laying the pipe/cable all as directed

Dismantling APFC panel carefully,removing the defective control device MCCB/MCBs,capacitors,indicator cum push button switches,relays,contacts,CTs,internal wiring, Cleaning all parts by CTC solution / emry paper as required and greasing the metallic and mechanical serviceable parts complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix relays BR 6000 suitable for 6 stage APFC panel all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make:EPCOS/NEPTUNE

Repair/Maintenance and complete over hauling of HT VCB’s including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact including checking testing, tripping check of HT VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and well cleaning the complete, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc complete all as directed. Supply, install & testing of constant current, constant voltage (CCCV) battery charging unit to charge 36 volts DC battery bank Suitable to accomadate 03 numbers 12 volts 100 AH batteries SCR controlled and consisting of double wound transformer an SCR/diode bridge, smoothing choke, capacitors and electronic circuits for controlling the voltage and current housed in a power coated sheathed steel cabinet not less than 2.0 mm thick suitable for floor mounting and fitted with a digital voltmeter & ammeter and the working voltage 180-270 volts. The charger should has indications for mains supply, mode of charging (float or boost), polarity batter reverse & over load conditions.
