Supply of Outdoor, Oilcooled Type Current Transformer, Copper Wound, CT Ratio : 50A/50A/5-5 A Rated system voltage-33 KV, Highest system voltage-36 KV Applicable Standard-IS:2705-1992 (Part -I-IV)/IEC- 185,IEC-60044 Class of Insulation-Class A. Basic Insulation Level-HV: 36 KV / 70 KV / 170 KV(P) LV:3 KV (rms.). Rated Short Circuit thermal current-20 KA for 3 Sec. Rated Dynamic current-50 KA (Peak). Core1(Metering) : Burden- 15VA, Accuracy class- 0.5. Core2(Protection) : Burden- 30VA, Accuracy class- 5P20. Type : COPPER WOUND. Insulating Oil:The oil shall meet the requirement of latest edition IS: 335 or equivalent IEC. Gurantee-01 year from the date of fitment.

Onsite Primary Injection & testing of 33KV outdoor current Transformers with NABL Accreated Equipments.

Installation of 33 KV Current Transformers(CTs) on base structure including cutting, hoisting and bolting and fixing in position etc.

TESTING Type Tests: The Potential Transformer offered in the Bid should have been successfully type tested at NABL laboratories for the tests indicated as follow in line with the relevant standard and technical specification. These Type Tests should have been carried out within five years prior to the date of opening of tender. Gurantee-01 year from the date of fitment.

High voltage testing of CT/PT with NABL approved Equipments

Labour Charge for dismantling of old Current Transformer/Potential Transformer from existing overhead structure

Supply of 06 core, 2.5 Sq. mm armoured control flexible copper cable.

Laying of 6 core, 2.5 sq.mm copper cable on the existing perforated cable tray inside the cable trench including lifting of RCC slab and fixing on its position after the work.

Wiring connection and final Testing of complete installation CT/PT.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
