Repairing of G.I sheet Roof by felt tar sheet, providing and fixing all complete as per engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of ………. as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre ................ centre to centre,, excluding the cost of painting with : PVC ceiling board with different size and pattern as approved by the Engineer- in-charge and as per manufacturer's PVC ceiling board with different size and pattern as approved specification.

Providing U shaped drain of 23cm (ht) x 23 cm (width) of internal dimension with 1:2:4 Plum concrete (40mm & down) side wall thickness of 23 cm on both side with 1:3:6 (20 mm & down) base concrete of thickness of 15 cm with standard specification over 15 cm stone soling including 1:3 cement plaster with neat cement polishing & rounding of junction, as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Repairing of wooden doors (pannel and frame) including required fittings and fixtures all complete as per Engineer Incharge.
