Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 in two coats (10mm thick under coat and 5mm thick finishing coat ) on external surface of stone masonry or surface other than fair faces of brickwork or on one side of lathing and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in cement mortar 1:4 on laterite stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work or stone surface, finished even and smooth with using water proofing compound and without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm to newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface of overhead reservior inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and filling with cement sand 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface above 10mm but below 15mm thick of overhead reservoir inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and fill the crack by using Dr. Fixit Silicone crack fillar modified polymer mortar or crack fillpaste as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface above 15mm but below 25mm thick of overhead reservoir inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and fill the crack by using Dr. Fixit Silicone crack fillar modified polymer mortar or crack fillpaste as per manufactuer instructions complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, over 10cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including complete removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers of any number of coats of any width or girth to steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of pipe line etc, and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80mm bore galvanised iron steel water tubing of medium grade including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site, laid in trenches and connecting including dismantling and taking out old unserviceable pipe line along with fittings from existing connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The quoted rates deemed to be inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule ‘A’. (iii) All other fittings required shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply and fix 150mm dia cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ 2000, ISI Marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc. including dismantling of old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100mm dia cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ 2000, ISI Marked with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc. including dismantling of old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location complete all as specified and directed.
