Dismantling and taking up or down old Unserviceable service cable and LT UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying and connecting with appropriate lugs in replacement XLPE LT cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall ,using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed of following cross-sectional area :-

(a) 10 Sqmm 2 Core

(b) 16 Sqmm 2 Core

(c ) 25 Sqmm 4 Core

(d) 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(e) 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(f) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(g) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cess-pits, menholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for hard and dense soil.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, levelling, waterring and wall ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. for hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a layers not exc 25 cm. for hard/dense soil.

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers all as specified.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for the 40 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable incl taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for the 50 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable incl taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA complete with all accessories incl taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 100Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA complete with all accessories incl taking down old unserviceable onecomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 63Amps with breaking capacity 35 KA complete with all accessories incl taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel poles of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9.0 metres long) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal groundlevel, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32x6mm by means of volts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer,charcoal and testing on completion all as specified and directed..

S & F for replacement of pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white/ brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and one GI nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for replacement of disc insulator porcelain vitreous 145rnm high and 225 mm dia ball & socket type with tension clamp suitable for conductor single disc assy working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix shackle type insulator ISI marked porcelain vitreous white, 1100 volts grade , ISI marked of size75 x 90 mm, including galvanized mild steel straps 31x3 mm, washers, insulators bolts (12 mm dia), washers and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only distiled water for lead acid batteries complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, broken, unused steel tubler pole of any size and specification ( Note:- The rate inclussive of excavation if needed, cutting of pole under ground level and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for area cleaning at out door and indoor sub stns including removing herbs,shurbs and grass, removing bricks bats complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L air break, gange operated switch HT 11000 volts, Triple pole , mounted on insulators and steel frames with operating mechanism worked from ground level with operating rod, handle etc., for current rating upto 400 amps fixed on pole / structures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm) graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in stays /poles or any other directed site) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (demolition of concrete etcand excavation measured seperately complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install, testing & commissioning factory made LT feeder pillar box out door type factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof single opening with double leaf shutter duly hinged with locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron frame work and CRCA Sheet of 3.15mm thick as per IS 5039 dually painted with epoxy base powder coated paint of approved shade over a coat of Red Oxide Zink Chrome Primer neccessary holes Shall be kept on the kiosk box for incoming and outgoing cable entry. All Holes Shall be provide with brass cable gland of appropriate size.The feeder piller Box Shall be Suitable for 415 volts ,50 Hz ,3 Phase 4 wire System and shall be completed with 300 amps Capacity Aluminium TPN Busbar Chamber Having TPN 3 Phase 4 Wire System Fixed on Porcelain Insulator with Suitable size PVC copper Conductor duly Sleeved with 4 Coloured heat Shrinkable PVC Sleeve, thimble Glands and shall be compolete all as directed with the following accessories .The cost PCC Plat form and dismantling of old U/S Panel Board shall be deemed to include in the coated rate of above said item complete all as specified and directed. (size of feeder pillar box H X W X D mtr as 1.35x0.95x0.45 mtr)
