Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc. n exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match with and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in floors, laid in panels and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `B’, Thickness of concrete slab in 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

Surface dressing in soft / loose soil n.exc 15cm deep all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in soft / loose soils post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tabular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
