S.R to Flood damage road portion from Ch. 5.700 km to 5.900 km of Khajuripada Nuagada Road in the District of Gajapati for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000m.as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads , transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5km. Spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoSRTH specification for Road & Bridges.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause 305.4.3 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded gradind-VI materials including spreading in uniform thickness ,watering, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber , and compacting to required density as per specifications for road and bridge works including cost, conveyance royalty,Addl. Charges, DMF&EMF of all materials cost of all labour, labour CESS , T&P etc. required to complete thetwork in all respect as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C. M-25 Grade in foundation bed with formwork of structure & CD work using 40mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section -1500, 1700, 2100 & 2200 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)
