M&L for Removing Complaint of Blockage (viz Blockage in Bath, Kitchen, WC & Drainage in Traps/Line from Trap to 1st Manhole, Blockage in Sewage Line from 1st Manhole to Septic Tank, Cleaning of Manhole) by deploying Trades Men as per Stipulated Time Frame from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM and maintaining proper Records of COMPLETED and PENDING Complaints including Updating Status of Complaints through SMS/Manually for 2003 STN, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : FOR BOQ ITEMs 1.00 to 4.00 pertaining to sewage blockage complaints (a) If the Complaint is not attended/removed within 24 Hours from handing over of complaint the Recovery will be levied on the Contractor for non-complelion of the Complaint at the Rate of Recovery included in Tender Document here-in-after. (b) It is mandatory on the Part of Contractor to deploy minimum 2 No. of Safaiwala/Mazdoor with requisite T&P throughout the Entire Contract Period. However required manpower and T & P, if required more to meet the requirement as mentioned in BOQ Item No. 1 is also to be arranged by the Contractor at his own Arrangements and Cost. Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include this factor and nothing Extra will be admissible on this account other than Quoted Rates for BOQ Item No. 1 . In case of any dispute on this factor, the decision of Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.

M&L for Clearning Choked Sewer Lines of 150mm dia of any depth, Manually or thorough Mechanical Appliances and Making Sewer Line Functional complete including Working Under Foul Condition and depositing the sludge, rubbish, etc. off the Premises outside the MOD/AF Land or Sewage Treatment Plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Clearning Choked Sewer Lines of 200 to 250mm dia of any depth, Manually or thorough Mechanical Appliances and Making Sewer Line Functional complete including Working Under Foul Condition and depositing the sludge, rubbish, etc. off the Premises outside the MOD/AF Land or Sewage Treatment Plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing Manhole Cover and Desludging/Desilting/Cleaning of existing Manholes of depth upto 1.50 Metre filled with Sludge by means of Manually or through Mechanical Appliances complete, Working Under Foul Condition and resetting the Manholes Cover in same Position and depositing and removal of Sludge, Rubbish, etc. off the Premises Outside Defence Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing Manhole Cover and Desludging/Desilting/Cleaning of existing Manholes of depth exc. 1.50 Metre and not exc. 4.5.00 Metre filled with Sludge by means of Manually or through Mechanical Appliances complete, Working Under Foul Condition and resetting the Manholes Cover in Position and depositing and removal of Sludge, Rubbish, etc. off the Premises Outside Defence Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dewatering Sludge from Soakage Wells by Pumping out as required to keep the Complete Sewage System in order and as to avoid any Over flowing of Sewage Water including removing of Soak Well water pumped out as such out side of Defence Land by means of Pumps and Tankers (Capacity of Water Tanker shall be 5000 Litres) as required including Operating and Supervisory Staff(s) so as to keep the whole Station area Pollution Free, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Each Trip of Tanker to be taken Out side of MOD/AF Land in presence of JE in-Charge. This includes deployment of necessary T&P and nothing shall be Paid Extra.

M&L for Desilting/Cleaning of Septic Tank and the like including Sludge Water and Solids Mechanically by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facility with Sludge Tank and disposal of the same to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Disilting/Cleaning of Septic Tanks shall be done for TWICE in the entire Contract Period.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing) and removing debris, etc. to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside of MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.
