Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for five layered APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane , 2.10 mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps (b) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 40 mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped grooves 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep @0.40 Sqm of each panel on top of padding and filled with preparation mastic bitumen of 1:1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cool roof ceramic tiles 9-10mm thick 300x300mm size, white coloured confirming to sun reflective Index (SRI) value minimum of 90 over & including 15 mm thick 1:3 screed bed set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and pointed in white cement to match the colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Surface preparation by air blower and then wash by water. Dust frees the surface, including removing of old felt / loose plaster / concrete etc. and repair by polymer mortar with Adding Bonding Admixture (SBR) of all visible creaks Open in" V" shapes & filling by elastomeric products and apply one coat of Rubberized Elastomeric liquid Waterproofing membrane Elongation more than 1000% confirm (ASTM D 412-98) (ASTM E 96-95) as primer ratio 1:2 (1 part product and two part water) by Brush/roller, After curing then applying fiber reinforced with 2nd coat of Rubberized Elastomeric liquid Waterproofing membrane Elongation more than 1000% conform (ASTM D41298) (ASTM 96-95) In 2st coat add 20% of water then apply 3rd coat of Rubberized Elastomeric liquid Waterproofing membrane (Elongation more than 1000% confirm (ASTM D 412-98) in 3nd coat add 10% of water After that 4TH & 5TH coat of High quality waterproof membrane.(synthetic base resin & Elongation more than 300% confirm ASTM-D 2370-98, ASTM D 2240-05, (BS 1881:part 207:1992) in 4TH coat add 20% water and in 2TH coat add 10% Adjoining wall up to 200 mm heights including rounding of junctions of walls & slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling incl. Raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick as in ceiling surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on irregular faces of walls or concrete chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying to the damaged concrete portion of slab/columns/beams/chajjas/parapet /roof projection/balcony/staircase with single component, fiber reinforced, dual shrinkage- compensated thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar CICO Repocem PM (having the technical parameters mentioned in material specifications ) capable of applying up to 20-25mm thick in double layer initially by hand and finishing with troweled carefully compacting the same around the rebar and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface with an average specified thickness complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar as in portion ordered and directed.

M&L for Random Rubble stone walling un-courses, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc,from tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm thick crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St -240 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work angle iron as in door frame (Chowkhats) & cooler stand including 12mm dia deformed bar welded horizontally to bottom of frame confirming to Fe-290 or Fe-330 including preparing back of chowkhat and applying two coats tar and sanding newly tarred surfaces with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall paneling/ceiling board/lathing any thickness complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick Hollow PVC wall paneling of any colour inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on including of 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling including dismantling of old existing wall paneling complete all as specified and directed.
