Earthwork excavation in hard of soil including stoney earth in foundation with all lifts,delifts and leads including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing excavated earth at place away from work site including dewatering, shuttering , cost of labour, royalty and T&P sundries requried for the work etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Supplying and filling in foundation treches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost,conveyance, loading , unloading , royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,sundries, T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction by the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of Proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black C.B granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming , watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P requred for thework etc. Complete in all repect and as per the direction of the Engineering-in -charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plint using C.B. bricks 25cm x 112cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm with dimension tolerance +8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the brick in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labourand T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using C.B. bricks 25cm x 112cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm with dimension tolerance +8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of work with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labourand T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. (In ground floor)

R.C.C work of M20 in following works using 12mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete , watering curing ,centering,shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost,conveyance,royalties,taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of conveyance of M.S rods or TOR steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening , cutting, bending , binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position and as per the direction of the EIC. 1) Column Base
