COST OF SUPPLY , ERECTION AND DISMANTLING
Supply of 3 core, 95 sq.mm. aluminium, XLPE insulated, Flat armoured, 11 KV (Earthed) Cable, type A2XFY.conforming IS 7098 PART 2 and carrying ISI MARK for connecting to the distribution transformer centres and 11 KV HT installations.
Supply of 11KV, 630 Amps, Outdoor, SF6 Ring Main Unit with two Load Break Switches and one Circuit Breaker conforming to International Standards and complete with Fault Passage Indicator & SCADA Compliant as per technical specification.
Supply of 11KV, 630A, 25KA, 3 way Outdoor Load Break Switch comprising of 3 nos. 630A isolators and all required accessories, confirming to International standards complete with fault passage indicator as per Technical specs and SCADA compliant.
Supply of Indoor type, Heat shrinkable, three phase, end terminating kit complete with sockets/lugs for 11KV(E) XLPE cable of size 3 core x 300sq.mm for connecting RMU for main section side.

Supply aand laying of fine river sand of approved quality (except sandy soil) for cushioning of 11KV underground cables.
Supply of concrete slab nachine made using semi dry concrete that is batched in a fully automatic PLC controlled concrete batching plant and cast in a fully automatic 'VibroPress' machine with a high vibration frequency and hydraulic pressure of 40 MT, the size of the slab shall be 480mm x 250mm x 50mm, (+/- 2mm) and the concrete grade shall be M30 adhering to IS 456: 2000 and shall have a minimum crushing strength of 30 N/mm2 (28 days strength) when tested.
Supply of RCC Hume pipes for road crossings, nullah crossings, small river crossings, culverts of 150 mm inner diameter, alongwith required no. of collars, PCC and Masonary work as per technical specifications.
Supply of Medium duty, HDGI Class B pipe of nominal diameter 150 mm (alongwith HDGI bends wherever required) for bridge crossing, riser pipe for 300Sq.mm XLPE Cable etc., as per technical specifications including supporting arrangement for the pipe.
Supply of G.I. earthing pipe 2500 mm long, 40mm dia class B fabricated and perforated filled with homogenous mixture of 20Kgs of Charcoal, 20Kgs of salt and with brick masonary.
Supply of HDGI flat of size 25 mm x 6 mm including supply and fixing of required quantity of HDGI nut bolts for earthing of all euipment.
Laying of 11KV UG cables by trenchless technology bu adopting horizontal directional drilling (HDD method) The work includes preparation of site, boring as well as drawing of cable in hard laterite stone with minimum 8" bore size including supply and erection of HDPE pipe 110mm PN6 PE100thickness 6mm.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size for foundation of Ring Main Unit.
Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc and removal of form work for RMU.
12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1- cement: 4-fine sand ) for foundations of RMU.
Bricks class design 75 kg/cm2 (1st class wire cut)
Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means( hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain( not exceeding 1.5 mt in width or 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposl of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m(a) for laying of HT cables of various sizes in all kinds of soil, hard rock etc. The trench lengths are as follows:
1. Size 1.10 x 0.45 x cable length mts for laying of 1 run
2. Size 1.10 x 0.60 x cable length mts for laying of 2 run
All types of Ordinary rock including all types of laterite/Hard rock, blasting prohibited
All kinds of soil
Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock/stones) in trench in layer not exceeding 0.2mts. Depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50mts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer In Charge.
