Material and labour for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables and in substation ducts for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (Note -Measurement should be after punning down)

S & F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply and laying of GI pipe light grade in replacement as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall etc of following sizes all as specified of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per item No 7.00 above but of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested LT panel board of size not less than 1.4 mtr x 0.55 mtr x 1.6 mtr cubical double door compartment outdoor type leg mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times of Incomer/ Outgoings MCCBs, installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and inner compartment 2.0 mm, 40X40X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure), powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coats of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entery closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated multisranded copper conductor FRLS cable IS 694 marked , 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm) and comprising of the following including necessary brick work for platform of suitable size:- INCOMING :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 400 Amps Thermal Magnetic and Adjustable type, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 36 KA -1 No OUTGOING :- (i) MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 25KA Adjustable Thermal and Adjustable Magnetic setting- 10 Nos (ii) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 V-01 No with selector switch (iii) Digital Ammeter with selector switch 300 Amps including suitable CT-01 Set (iv) LED Indicator lamp-1 set (1) Panel wiring complete with copper cable of suitable rating and size.
