Supply, instalation, testing and commissining of Heat Detectors Addressable analogue type fully digital communication protocol with high noise rejection Heat Detectors with two thermal senstivity level the two level corresponds to Rate of Rise (ROR) GRADE-I solid state design with sensing element combination of fixed type and rate of rise of temperature indicating LED with 360º mounting base etc. as required. as approved by LPCB for EN54-5 & EN 54-17 standerd.

Supply, instalation,testing and commissining of Fault isolation module to electrically isolate different sections of detector loops.

Supply, instalation,testing and commissining of Addressable type manual fire alarm boxes (MCP/Pull Station ) shall, on command from the control panel, send data to the panel representing the state of the manual switch and the addressable communication module status. Manual fire alarm boxes shall be constructed of Lexan with clearly visible operating instructions provided on the cover. The word FIRE shall appear on the front of the stations in raised letters, 1.75 inches (44 mm) or larger. etc. as required.

Supply, instalation,testing and commissining of microprocessor based loop UL/ EN54 addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel as per NFPA 72 approval. The Panel shall be able to give pin point location of addressable units via the address code for each unit. The Panel shall also be able to automatically switch off all control switches when-ever any Alarm is triggered. . The Panel shall have built in buzzer, SMF batteries for min. 8 Hrs.back up, battery charger, rectifier. Loop interface cards, communication module, compatible to connect repeater panel ,LCD unit to indicate Fire / Fault Signal of individual unit, option for external printer, to log all incoming data etc complete in all respect. 2 - Loop

Supply, instalation,testing and commissining of Active Repeater Panel for Fire Alarm System with piezo sounder, LCD alpha numeric character display with accept / reset buttons for alarm address of any sensor / field device. The Repeater Panel shall only provide field device address with room number. Analogue Output is not required. The Panel shall be connected to the Fire Alarm Panel.

Supply, installation testing and commisioning of following modules suitable for Addressable fire Alarm Control panel .

(a) Control modules with mounting box for tripping of AHU / pressurise fans and ventilators

Material and labour for sub main wiring for fire fighting MCP with two run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm and one run of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth lead drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit of size 20mm dia including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Two run of 1.5 sqmm cable ,one run of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of conduit will be measured as single length.

M&L for cleaning, priming plaster in other surface & distempering of underground water sump of any capacity by pumping out all dirt water from sump,blocking the pipe line to the sump with jute bags at first manhole and cleaning the sump thoroughly with the help of wire brush and make good in disturbed surface after removing the sludge/silt and other foreign materials complete removing the blockage from sump including removing the sludge from the pump house premises and depositing away from cantonment area complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of existing pipe lines incl all fittings of size upto 100mm dia of pipe applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (red colour) with direction aero mark of flow complete all as specified and directed

M&L for construction to brick masonary valve pit/ chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC, 15mm thick Plaster in CM 1:6 on inside and out side (above ground ), angle iron frame 40x40x6mm size including fabrication work, hold fast, MS sheet cover 3mm thick, duly painted with one coat of black bituminous paint of approved quality, handle and including provn of 40mm dia Godrej (freedom) lock complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servincing of diesel engine set for Pumpset of capacity 56 BHP,1500 RPM including taking out old air filter,oil filter, oil change, radiator and coonected pipe cleaning and re- assambling the same in original position with spray painting the disturbed part of engine set as per the existing colour of the body or as required on site and all as specified and directed. (Note :- Spare parts of diesal engine set will be measured and paid separately as under)

(a) fuel filter and ring

(b) Element for Lubrication oil filter.

(c ) Supply and filling engine oil 15W/ 40f make Castroll /Kirloskar /HP etc.

(d) Supply and filling water coolant (diluted) in radiator of make volve line or equivelent including removal of old water/ coolant, all as directed.

(e ) S&F in replacement, fan belt suitable complete all as specified and as directed.

(f) Set of high pressure pipe as per site requirement.
