Demolishing Cement concrete work manually or by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge

Hacking of Cement Concrete flooring including cleaning of surface etc Complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge

Supply mix place in position compact and cure cement concrete 1 cement one point five coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size below foundations walls wells pits trenches etc and in basin lining as per specifications drawings and directions of the Engineer and including cost of centring and shuttering but excluding cost of cement

Minimum 12mm thick plastering with 1cement 4 coarse sand to all faces of walls channels in roof and other structures at various elevations including hacking the surface mixing laying finishing curing and necessary scaffolding work complete as per drawings specifications and instructions of the Engr with all tools tackles and labours excluding cost of cement

Providing and laying corrosion resistant floor coating with CES COAT VENEL ESTER GLASSFLAKE Novolac Epoxy modified super Venyl ester system Grade GB464 thickness 1 mm on top of Epoxy 4 mm spreed mortar CES floor Intermediate 2000 laid over a coat of Epoxy primer CES floor SLV series Prime 90 having thickness 200 microns including preparation of surface wherever required finishing complete as per IS 4631 year 1986 specification and direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all materials and labours
