Boring/drilling of 125mm dia bore well of required dia for casing/strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800(part 1), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing & submitting strata chart/bore log including higher & running charges of all equipment tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge up to 60meter depth below ground level (all types of soil). The job includes:- Supplying, assembling, lowering & fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (electric resistance welded) FE 410 Mild steel screwed & socketed/plain ended casing pipes of 125mm dia, confirming to IS:4270 Of reputed & approved make including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand & manufacture including required hire & labour charges, fitting & accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Development of tube well with back wash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the direction of in-charge Engineer. ( each well 55 mtrs)

Providing ,fitting,installation, testing and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping Unit along with others allied P/F/I/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment with following specifications. Discharge=800GPH(3.6368m3 Head =50mtrs Speed=2600-3000 rpm Motor horse power= corresponding head and discharge Material of impeller= Stainless steel/steel alloy Power specification=single phase 2220+/-15% Make=Reputed make (IS) Mark) The pump unit should be coupled together with steel coupling the job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. The job includes P/F of DOL Starter (Fully Automtic/Dry type) fitted with MCCB/MCB relays capacitors, Ammeter, voltmeter etc suitable for the pumping unit specifications. P/F of 02 No’s MS holding clamps suitable for holding pumping unit to be fabricated out of 8mm thick, 50 mm wide & 250 mm long MS Plate in two splits with nuts bolts. Job includes P/F of suitable well cap cover of suitable for 125 mm dia MS casing. P/F of following GI fitting of reputed make (IS mark):- I. Nipple and reducer 01 No. each as per delivery of pumping unit and column pipe II. 32 mm dia Brass check valve/NRV=01 No. III. 32 mm dia Brass ball valve=01 No. IV. 32 mm dia GI Bend =01 No. V. 32 mm dia 150mm long GI Nipples =02 No’s

Providing, fitting and lowering of 32 mm dia GI Column pipes (Heavy Class) of reputed make (IS Mark ) conforming to relevant IS Codes. Each pipe is to be properly threaded at both the ends and the length of each pipe should not exceed 3 meters (10 feet). The job includes providing and fitting of GI Sockets for jointing purpose of the pipes.

P/F of submersible cable 4 sq. mm L&T/Havel”s make connecting pumping unit with starter.

P/F of 8mm steel wire rope (safety wire) for holding pumping unit with nuts bolts etc.

P/F of 32 amp insulated socket type DB box along with 32 Amps DP MCCB insulated plug etc complete. Make L&T Havels. Jib also includes fabrication p/Fof M/S angle iron board of size 3x3 feer. The frame of the panel board is fabricated out of IS40x40x5 mm and shall be grouted in cement concrete blocks. The board shall be p/Fwith 12 mm ply sheet. The job also includes P/F of nuts/bolts etc..

Providing, laying and fitting of 02 core 10mm square Alu Almoured cable for connecting with main supply with main supply with DB box. The job also includes underground laying or overhanging the cable through PVC conduct as per site requirement of make reputed.
