REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO JOINERY, PLASTERING, FLOORING, PLUMBING AND OTHER MISC B/R WORKS AT OTM ACCN OF 151 BH UNDER GE GUWAHATI

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and Distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification on new work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface complete removal or unplastered surface of wall and applying distempering two coats with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as permanufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.
