REPAIR OF EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL AND PROVIDING CONCERTINA COIL ON THE GRILL RAILING AT WESTERN SIDE OF RAJA HARSH KA TILA, THANESAR, KURUSKHETRA, HARYANA

Description and specification of items of work to be executed (complete work)

Removal of damaged/cracked modern brick work of boundary wall manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation manually over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Levelling & neatly dressing of disposed soil completely as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Providing 1st class brick work masonry in the mortar ratio 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand).

Providing first class tile brick masonry of boundary wall in the ratio 1:4 (1 cement, 4 c.sand) etc. complete.

Providing and laying brick tile edge on pathway in composite mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand ) over bed of 20mm thick mortar including filling of joints.

Removal and re-fixing of existing M.S grill panel of length 3.00m and height 1.00m having M.S 16mm sq bars 10cm c/c.

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking, cleaning and washing of joints complete.

Providing and fixing of M.S. gate of size 3.00x2.50m in M.S. angle iron frame size (50X50X6)mm along with 16mm sq. bars 10cm c/c spacing including labour and material complete.

Repair of existing damaged M.S grill panel of length 3.00m and height 1.00m having M.S 16mm sq bars 10cm c/c. (Approx. 50 Nos of grills)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and installing M.S. Fiber portable cabin for Souvenir Shop of size 6.00m(L) x 4.00m(W) x 2.50m(H) in white colour as per specifications given in NIT page no. 6-7 Sl. NO. 13
