Fabrication, providing and fitting of man hole cover over the concrete sump fabricated out of (50x50x5mm) angle iron frame covered with 5mm thick chequered plate of size 6ftx4ft in two halves with desired opening for lowering of the pumping units in the sump. The job also includes providing & fitting of 04 nos MS hinges, 02 MS handle of suitable size as required at site. All the tools & tackles required for completion of the job shall be provided by the firm The details of steel are: - A) Angle iron (50x50x5mm) = 10 mtr = 35 kg. B) Chequered plate (5mm thick) = 2.23sq mtr =90 kg.

Painting of whole steel structure, sump opening cover, Whole pipe manifold, MS gantry & electrical sub-station by means of iron red oxide (01 coat) and followed by 02 coats of enamel paint as advised by the site incharge engineer.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of bed for operators, fabricated out of MS 50x50x50 angle iron. Dimensions of bed are 6ftx6ft and 1ft above ground level with appropriate supports. The job also includes providing and fitting of 19mm ply board of dimensions 6ftx6ft in 2 pieces for covering the upper portion of the bed.
